As a business owner, I am seeking a system that can facilitate risk level scoring for each RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and enable my staff to input risk assessment findings based on actual RMA inspections. This system will enable us to assess risk levels effectively and respond accordingly. Moreover, the system will allow for the reporting of any detected fraud instances.   Implementing this system is crucial for mitigating fraud occurrences, as well as proactively preventing future fraudulent activities. Such measures are instrumental in safeguarding my business's profitability in the long term.

Currently, I can only choose from 3 resolution options in Warranty admin: Repair item, Replace item & Other. At the end of the day, I need to manually export a list of Warranty claims and see how many store credit resolutions were recorded. (By using the “Other” option with a note.) This process is very time-consuming and inefficient.    It would be very helpful if a direct "issue store credit" feature were integrated, potentially automating the process across platforms like Shopify.

Currently you can manually refund the shipping fee in the admin manually, but would like the ability for it to be automatic.

Hi, I hope you can include a column where users can also see "WHEN" the order arrived in customs clearance and "WHEN" it was released. I am referring to ALL orders, not just the delayed orders.

Good morning, I kindly ask you to enable the option to change the font, font size, colour, etc., for the “address” field within the footer of notification emails. Currently, this is the only field that cannot be customised, which creates a noticeable contrast between the main text in the body and this field, making the emails aesthetically unappealing. It would be incredibly helpful if there was a way to export the shipping data from the phone app. It would be extremely simple and improve the apps usefuleness.    It would also be incredibly helpful if there was a way to have the phone app on the computer. I know the browser version is different and designed for merchants while the phone app is designed for recipients. But, it would be easy to create a aftership.com/recipients version of the app on the computer that just syncs the shipments across devices. 

Suggestion: Add Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) Support for Malaysia   Hi,   I would like to suggest adding Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) as a supported courier/carrier on your app and website.   Lazada Express is the official delivery courier used by Lazada in Malaysia, similar to how SPX Express / Shopee Express is the official courier for Shopee. Many Lazada shipments in Malaysia are handled by LEX, so having direct tracking support would be very useful for Malaysian users.   The official LEX Malaysia tracking website is: https://lex.com.my/   For testing purposes, you can use these example tracking numbers:   LXST191548638MY MYMPA257159996   I hope you can consider implementing Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) support soon. As Lazada is widely used in Malaysia, I believe many users would appreciate being able to add and track their LEX shipments directly through your app and website instead of having to visit the LEX website separately.   Thank you for considering this suggestion. Expose an REST API for creating Warranty Claims.

We are a worldwide dropshipping service catering to e-commerce entrepreneurs. Merchants can design and market personalized products through us, setting prices and choosing their sales platforms from our integrated e-commerce options.   Once merchants place orders, we will handle the manufacturing, fulfillment, and shipping logistics to consumers.   When I am using Aftership for tracking, I want to enable my premium customers (merchants) with the ability to customize white label branded tracking pages and possibly an API to create them (since they won't have access to Aftership admin, and it would be impossible for me to maintain all tracking pages for them).   So that I can add this ability as part of the product & service package for my main customers (merchants), which creates more value for my business.
