Currently, I can only choose from 3 resolution options in Warranty admin: Repair item, Replace item & Other. At the end of the day, I need to manually export a list of Warranty claims and see how many store credit resolutions were recorded. (By using the “Other” option with a note.) This process is very time-consuming and inefficient.    It would be very helpful if a direct "issue store credit" feature were integrated, potentially automating the process across platforms like Shopify.

In our business we refund direcly in Shopify for our returns that are made from our online website. It would be nice if the status of Shopify shows refunded or partically refund that Aftership would show the return as resolved. Some of the tracking information has to be put in manaully and we have multiple people on our team and if they do not do it correctly our customers receive emails that their return was not send and is expiring when they have already been refunded. 

Is it possible to increase the bulk search limit from 50? We often have to peform bulk search a number of times to retrieve the data that we're looking. 

Titles should update with count of items in the section so you know it's updating and should be clicked on. 

it would be great to be able to manually add a placeholder delivery in order to keep track of my deliveries.

Hi,   I recently started buying products from India and sometimes they ship using : https://shipglobal.in/tracking/   Unfortunately Aftership is not yet supporting shipglobal.in and I need to use another app (actually 17tracks works) to track these shipments.   Please consider adding shipglobal.in as a supported career.   thank you!

Perhaps with Aftership Reviews, we could set a custom rule where if the transit time is exceeds X days, the platform won't initiate reviews.

This button would allow customers to directly view the shipping status and the various stages leading up to delivery on the store’s website. As a merchant, I aim to provide Aftership with supplementary shipping documents for the creation of shipping labels. By submitting these additional documents to Aftership, they can be forwarded to the carrier during the label creation process within the carrier's system.   These shipping labels and accompanying documents are essential for shipping activities, particularly for cross-border customs declaration purposes.

We would love to be able to see the return comment information our customers provide when returning items within the return reports we download. Our customers are using the comment box to describe the return reason in depth but this information is lost when it comes to dowloading the return reports.
