I see that Aftership is already having public api end points available for tracking and returns. i would like to have similar one for reviews.

We need to have the option to ‘Save’ the filters & layout on the AfterShip Tracking dashboards / Orders. this function is available in Shipments section but not on Orders. but it is equally important for us to check both dashboards regularly. therefore saved view would be more than important to have.  Thank you! I am using the API for Zoho Inventory integration with Aftership. I would like the items on the shipping order of Zoho Inventory displayed on the shipment items of the email notifications to my customers. The shipments are created within Zoho Inventory and tracked by Aftership.

1. customer is NOT receiving any email from Aftership when a return has been received, refunded and resolved.  2. We are getting chargebacks from customers claiming they were not notified and advised a refund was on its way. 3. their bank (JPM) has sided with customers even though we have shown the ARP info from the return details.  4. An email advising of a received and pending refund would be quite helpful. 5. ALL other companies send these emails of pending refund, except Aftership/Shopify does not. 6. Its creating a lot of work and loss of revenue for our company. 

My idea is that when a shipment comes in from China to America,instead of each parcel going right to LAX through customs,each one should go to it's respective state and provence,every state has a sorting and customs center,it would just make it easier to make one stop instead of two or three on the way to the packages final point of delivery,

Consider leveraging Estimated Delivery Dates for Return Shipments as a column on the Returns Dashboard

Like to set their own “Image not found” image for Products in the Returns Portal. That way, If a Product is not sent to AfterShip with an Image URL, they have an image that looks more branded.   Today, when an item does have an img url, the Return Portal defaults to the missing image icon.   Request - have a function within Return Portal where if any items on my return portal dont have an image URL, it can set to a image that I select instead of defaulting to the standard broken/no image icon.

Enable merchants to customize the duration before an RMA is automatically canceled. Currently, the system only allows for auto-cancellation after 28 days of inactivity. To better suit our company's needs, we would like the option to extend this period.

This button would allow customers to directly view the shipping status and the various stages leading up to delivery on the store’s website. For those managing e-commerce platforms, keeping users on the site is crucial. That’s why this feature would be so beneficial!
