Seems like a basic thing, but when I have an enhancement I'd like to submit, I want to ensure I don't duplicate someone else's submission.  Obviously that's why there is an 'upvote' button.  The only way to determine if there is something worth upvoting is to scroll through the entire list from top to bottom.

we provide return shipping label after approving the return request. Our product contains hazarious material, which should be shipped with hazmat label. Aftership doesn't grant the api access of selecting the Hazmat label when auto-generating return shipping label Please fix it

We are able to retrieve shipping rates for each carrier, but we would also like customs clearance fees and other charges available through each carrier’s API to be integrated via API as well. This is especially important for DDP shipments. Some information that can be retrieved through the carrier APIs cannot be retrieved through AfterShip, which means we would need to connect to each carrier’s API separately.

As a business owner, I am seeking a system that can facilitate risk level scoring for each RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and enable my staff to input risk assessment findings based on actual RMA inspections. This system will enable us to assess risk levels effectively and respond accordingly. Moreover, the system will allow for the reporting of any detected fraud instances.   Implementing this system is crucial for mitigating fraud occurrences, as well as proactively preventing future fraudulent activities. I don't want to sync my email, so it would be great to be able to add a record for items that I've ordered but haven't shipped yet. I can then edit/update the shipment when the tracking number is available. 

Would you be able to: 1. Add a functionality that restricts order views based on a ship from location or/or login? We have multiple ship from locations and we are 100% manula orders; it creates confusion when one warehouse sees orders from another warehouse.  2. Have a ship to address book and have that be varied based on ship from locations. We have set ship to locations and it doesnt change often.

the only customization allowed is subject line and preview text for the reminder email, can't change the body copy of the reminder email.    benefit would be to add a secondary reminder of receiving loyalty points/an incentivization

By submitting these additional documents to Aftership, they can be forwarded to the carrier during the label creation process within the carrier's system.   These shipping labels and accompanying documents are essential for shipping activities, particularly for cross-border customs declaration purposes.
