As a merchant, I aim to provide Aftership with supplementary shipping documents for the creation of shipping labels. By submitting these additional documents to Aftership, they can be forwarded to the carrier during the label creation process within the carrier's system.   These shipping labels and accompanying documents are essential for shipping activities, particularly for cross-border customs declaration purposes.

We want the feature for referral program page through which we can dedicated referr to the customers and one affiliate program for our influencer through which they can track their progress and commisions. 

When utilizing an HTML email editor, I aim to display and personalize shipment or order items within my tracking notifications.   This feature would allow shoppers to conveniently view their purchases directly in the email, thereby improving customer satisfaction.

We need to have the option to ‘Save’ the filters & layout on the AfterShip Tracking dashboards / Orders. this function is available in Shipments section but not on Orders. but it is equally important for us to check both dashboards regularly. therefore saved view would be more than important to have.  Thank you! I have an online store I frequently order from, and for whatever reason I often (... or perhaps always? haven't double checked) end up with duplicates of my order tracked in the Aftership app.  From inspecting the latest such occurrence, this seems to be because the tracking number the seller gets and shares with me in their emails differs from the tracking numbers in my Fedex Delivery Manager notifications.  However, the tracking numbers clearly lead to information about the same package, so ideally the app would be smart enough to realize that and deduplicate them.

Background: * At the moment, a user with a specific domain can easily create a new organization when creating an account in AfterShip * We don’t indicate to this use that an existing organization is already linked to the same domain This can create confusion when member are trying to get access to an organization proactively (without being added by the current owner) * Hence we end up with support tickets from member not able to get access to their main org. Expectation: * Alert message during new inscription if we identify that the email domain is already used. * Eventually an option to send a request to the owner of the main org. * Possibility to delete the new account to avoid unnecessary org and member creations for our clients. * Could be active only for ENT client if we want to reduce the scope

Enhance Aftership’s functionality by integrating with Royal Mail, one of the leading postal services in the UK. This integration would allow users to track shipments directly through Aftership, providing seamless tracking updates, improved user experience, and broader carrier support. This feature would be particularly valuable for e-commerce businesses that frequently use Royal Mail for deliveries.

The “Back” button on the RC portal is not obvious or prominent enough. It is too hard to find and blends into the page. 

When a warranty is approved, you can choose to include an label. In the “Warranty claim approved” email, there is no ability to account for this decision. We would need to add an ability to have wording around a label being included as well as a label not being included. Below is an example email we have now.   Two ways this could be addressed: 1. Split this notification into 2 notifications: “Warranty claim approved - with label” and “Warranty claim approved - no label”. 2. Add Flows to Warranties with Split functionality for generated labels.

I'd like to log an enhancement request for the Tracking page editor. Currently the section where we add social media connectors is limited in connection options. Specifically for Instagram (which is a really cool feature) the only way to connect is using our own credentials (user name/password login). This is an unacceptable option as it exposes us to being hacked and is a security concern obviously. The better way to do this is via Instagram's API connection: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/instagram-platform. Can you please log that as a high priority enhancement request? Should we decided to stay with AfterShip, this will be a critical branding requirement.
