Good morning, I kindly ask you to enable the option to change the font, font size, colour, etc., for the “address” field within the footer of notification emails. Currently, this is the only field that cannot be customised, which creates a noticeable contrast between the main text in the body and this field, making the emails aesthetically unappealing. Thank you.

Is it possible to increase the bulk search limit from 50? We often have to peform bulk search a number of times to retrieve the data that we're looking.

We need to have the option to ‘Save’ the filters & layout on the AfterShip Tracking dashboards / Orders. this function is available in Shipments section but not on Orders. but it is equally important for us to check both dashboards regularly. therefore saved view would be more than important to have.  Thank you! Currently the aftership is one way communication making it diffucult for business to see integrated full status at one place again when customer login to their shopify page they see status of item still on the way as shopify stops at fullfilled stge. Though the track order option by Aftership is good it is still a bad customer experience.

Scenarios 1. We give a customer a partial refund for a coupon code they forgot to enter. This partial refund is currently stopping the customer and us from being able to request a return in Aftership. Please allow an option to make RMA or override in this scenario. 2. (similar to #1) Customer orders multiple items, gets RMA for one item, returns it and is refunded. Now they want to return the other item, however, because there is a refund in Shopify we are not able to open a RMA for the other item because the order shows as returned. Please allow option to make RMA or override in this scenario.  Thank you

Items + return reasons are not clearly highlighted/shown as selected, during the Return Request flow on the RC portal.    Request: During the return flow more clearly define that an item/return resolution is selected. i.e. have text say “Selected” or have the box change colour when an item/resolution is selected beyond just the black box. 

When exchanging a product, you have to pick from a list of products, sorted by the most recently created products. There's no search facility. This is particularly problematic when you have an old sku that comes in every season and it is buried deep in the list

Please add the shipping company ACI EXPRESS, which is based in South Korea. They have partnerships with multiple overseas shipping companies, and a lot of merchandise is being shipped through ACI Express to the USA and the Middle East, especially after the implementation of tariffs in the USA.

As a merchant, I would like to charge the cost of return when the shopper chooses to replace the returned item.  aftership Returns provides Stripe checkout only for this scenario, but I don't have a Stripe account, I would like to use my Shopify checkout to charge the exchange upsell and cost of return. So that I don't have to open a Stripe checkout and manage two accounts (Shopify and Stripe checkout) at the same time.

Please let me hide the ad carousel, I am happy to pay subscription or whatever to disable it. Thanks
