Hello,   This is Nailin from Harman. We need to have the option to ‘Save’ the filters & layout on the AfterShip Tracking dashboards / Orders. this function is available in Shipments section but not on Orders. but it is equally important for us to check both dashboards regularly. therefore saved view would be more than important to have.  Thank you! The ability to see how much it cost per tracking label for the carrier, alongside all the other analytics would be beneficial to business operations.   Having “cost” as a piece of data collect and display in analytics will help us make larger business decisions when it comes to choice of carrier preferences to know which carrier is best to work with in the long run. I believe this feature will be great value add to Aftership as well!

I would like to include the RMA number barcode on the returns label. This way, upon receiving the returns label at my warehouse, I can simply scan the barcode to retrieve the RMA number. Subsequently, I can use this number to efficiently locate the corresponding RMA information within the returns system. This process will significantly enhance the operational efficiency of our RMA procedures.

We would love to be able to see the return comment information our customers provide when returning items within the return reports we download. Our customers are using the comment box to describe the return reason in depth but this information is lost when it comes to dowloading the return reports.

We use this to ship to clients it would be nice if we could save clients within the system to send notifications to. 

We want the feature for referral program page through which we can dedicated referr to the customers and one affiliate program for our influencer through which they can track their progress and commisions. 

Change the update indicator Dot from the light blue color to the orange color you already use in your iOS app. It is hard to pick out the dot if you have a long list of shipments. If it was the orange color you already use in the app it should be a simple change to make for an updated version. Also so carriers on the list of carriers to pick from are now asking for receiving zip, so those carriers never update now.  Thanks

As a business owner, having precise accounting records is essential for tax purposes. It's particularly important to account for returns correctly by adjusting for them and deducting the relevant taxes to prevent overpayment.   I've observed that Shopify currently only accommodates refunds, lacking store credit or exchange options for returns. Therefore, if aftership Return could support all three options and assist in reconciling taxes and producing accurate tax reports for returns, it would greatly benefit our operations.

A notification to give the customer the opportunity to change their requested ship date. This allows wineries to change the date without re-directing.  Using the RSD and sending a notification 3 days or so before.
