As a merchant, I aim to provide Aftership with supplementary shipping documents for the creation of shipping labels. By submitting these additional documents to Aftership, they can be forwarded to the carrier during the label creation process within the carrier's system.   These shipping labels and accompanying documents are essential for shipping activities, particularly for cross-border customs declaration purposes.

Good morning, I kindly ask you to enable the option to change the font, font size, colour, etc., for the “address” field within the footer of notification emails. Currently, this is the only field that cannot be customised, which creates a noticeable contrast between the main text in the body and this field, making the emails aesthetically unappealing. Our warehouse needs to know how many returns were requested on a daily basis so they can plan their resources accordingly. but it is not an option for now. It would be nice if we could build our own reports and schedule it. 

It would be incredibly helpful if there was a way to export the shipping data from the phone app. It would be extremely simple and improve the apps usefuleness.    It would also be incredibly helpful if there was a way to have the phone app on the computer. I know the browser version is different and designed for merchants while the phone app is designed for recipients. But, it would be easy to create a aftership.com/recipients version of the app on the computer that just syncs the shipments across devices.

Compared to AfterShip Tracking, Returns currently lacks key customization capabilities: * No page segmentation (by market, country, store, customer type, etc.) * No way to associate a return with a specific store * No configurable notification flows based on return status or parameters The absence of these settings significantly limits customization for clients and prevents them from offering tailored return experiences. Suggestion: Introduce advanced configuration options similar to Tracking, including: * Segmented return pages based on defined parameters * Store-level return association and rules * Conditional notification flows triggered by return events and attributes These improvements would greatly enhance flexibility, customer experience, and alignment across the AfterShip product suite.

Consider leveraging Estimated Delivery Dates for Return Shipments as a column on the Returns Dashboard

I am utilizing Smile to develop the Reward program for our business. This year, I aim to motivate members to increase their reviews by integrating Reviews into the reward system as bonus incentives. This will allow our members to accumulate extra points by sharing feedback for their purchases.
