Hello,   We'd need User Interface in Greek language because we are selling in Cyprus and maybe in some months we'll start selling in Greece, so for us it's very important.   Thanks a lot.

Sort by Delivery Day

I was just tracking my packages and thought of something and was like man I wish there would be different layouts or sorting options. Like if I could sort it by ETD Dates, etc rather than just having them all listed and me doing the mental math of 3 days from now would be Friday, etc. Since of our would be able to be listed by delivery date I would know what packages I need to be on the lookout for that day at an early glance.

Email Updates Box - Complaints from Customers

Victoria Lomax
October 30, 2026 at 10:21 am
Hi,   We have AfterShip built into our BigCommerce store by default. I'm not sure who to reach out to, so I would appreciate if you could please direct this to the appropriate department for me. We have received several customer complaints that when they check their shipment tracking information, they are finding the information in the orange box in the attachment misleading. Basically, where there is an option to enter your email address for delivery updates, next to it, it shows examples such as out for delivery, delivered. A lot of customers have seen this and genuinely thought that is the tracking information. More so on mobile devices, where the screen is smaller, so unless they scroll, the actual tracking is not visible. They’ve then contacted us, as their order has not been delivered and then complained that the information is confusing. Is it possible to redesign this to ensure it’s less misleading, even if it's just really boring and is a box to enter the email?   I appreciate you taking the time to consider this. Happy to assist if you need any further information. Kind regards, Vicky

access to Orders in the AfterShip MCP connector (Claude)

Audrey Tomba
November 3, 2026 at 12:59 pm
Hello AfterShip team, We use the AfterShip Post-Purchase connector in Claude to automate our daily delivery follow-up, and it works very well for shipments. However, the connector currently only exposes shipments (trackings) and returns. Orders without a tracking number are not accessible, although they are visible in the AfterShip admin under Tracking > Orders. Our use case: every morning we want to detect orders that are still "Unfulfilled" (or "Partially fulfilled") more than 2 business days after the order date, and that have no tracking yet, so we can follow up with our suppliers. Could you add the following to the MCP connector? 1. A list_orders tool with filters on fulfillment status (unfulfilled, partially fulfilled), order status (open / canceled), order date (placed_at) and order number. 2. For each order: fulfillments with their trackings (to know whether a tracking exists), line items, customer, tags and order notes. 3. Access to the internal comments added on an order (the "Comments" section of the order page), so we can exclude orders already handled by our team. 4. If possible, order-level custom fields (e.g. our "isBackorder" flag, which today only exists on shipments). Is this on your roadmap? In the meantime, is there another supported way (API endpoint, scheduled export or webhook) to get this list of unfulfilled orders automatically? Thank you for your help.

SMS opt in at customer level

Isabella Davis
February 13, 2024 at 5:34 pm
As a retailer, it would be great if customer preferences can be collected and determine whether to send an SMS notification based on the subscription status synchronized via API.   Moreover, a customer-facing page that allows users to manage their preferences would be even better. We would love to communicate more with our shoppers, which will efficiently improve our customer satisfaction and brand reputation.

Enhancement Request: Advanced Customization for AfterShip Returns

Thomas Peigné
May 11, 2026 at 12:24 pm
Compared to AfterShip Tracking, Returns currently lacks key customization capabilities: * No page segmentation (by market, country, store, customer type, etc.) * No way to associate a return with a specific store * No configurable notification flows based on return status or parameters The absence of these settings significantly limits customization for clients and prevents them from offering tailored return experiences. Suggestion: Introduce advanced configuration options similar to Tracking, including: * Segmented return pages based on defined parameters * Store-level return association and rules * Conditional notification flows triggered by return events and attributes These improvements would greatly enhance flexibility, customer experience, and alignment across the AfterShip product suite.
