Add the option to pay online ~ $2 at checkout for free returns and extended warranty later.    Add tags to people / allow different RMA flow for those who optin to this. 

It would be useful to have a Sku column amognst the list when editing the returns dashboard. The image of the item is useful but often the item is enclosed in a boxed which is marked with the sku. Therefore at first glance, the sku is seen before the physical item.

Requesting to provide an option for the end consumers to edit the review on the AfterShip tracking page after the product is being delivered.    Currently, the customers are able to leave the review but unable to edit them. 

We want the feature for referral program page through which we can dedicated referr to the customers and one affiliate program for our influencer through which they can track their progress and commisions. 

As a business owner, having precise accounting records is essential for tax purposes. It's particularly important to account for returns correctly by adjusting for them and deducting the relevant taxes to prevent overpayment.   I've observed that Shopify currently only accommodates refunds, lacking store credit or exchange options for returns. Therefore, if aftership Return could support all three options and assist in reconciling taxes and producing accurate tax reports for returns, it would greatly benefit our operations.

We need to have the option to ‘Save’ the filters & layout on the AfterShip Tracking dashboards / Orders. this function is available in Shipments section but not on Orders. but it is equally important for us to check both dashboards regularly. therefore saved view would be more than important to have.  Thank you! Items + return reasons are not clearly highlighted/shown as selected, during the Return Request flow on the RC portal.    Request: During the return flow more clearly define that an item/return resolution is selected. i.e. have text say “Selected” or have the box change colour when an item/resolution is selected beyond just the black box. 

Titles should update with count of items in the section so you know it's updating and should be clicked on. 

Add the ability to block a return and direct the customer to the warranty portal. Bonus if you could log the customer in and auto fill information.   Potential Mockup Potential User Experience

Please add the shipping company ACI EXPRESS, which is based in South Korea. They have partnerships with multiple overseas shipping companies, and a lot of merchandise is being shipped through ACI Express to the USA and the Middle East, especially after the implementation of tariffs in the USA.
