I have an online store I frequently order from, and for whatever reason I often (... or perhaps always? haven't double checked) end up with duplicates of my order tracked in the Aftership app.  From inspecting the latest such occurrence, this seems to be because the tracking number the seller gets and shares with me in their emails differs from the tracking numbers in my Fedex Delivery Manager notifications.  However, the tracking numbers clearly lead to information about the same package, so ideally the app would be smart enough to realize that and deduplicate them.

Hi, I hope you can include a column where users can also see "WHEN" the order arrived in customs clearance and "WHEN" it was released. I am referring to ALL orders, not just the delayed orders.

It would be really useful to see how often the Gift Tracking Page is actually being used, separately from the regular tracking page. At the moment, it’s hard to tell uptake or performance unless the page has a unique URL or rely on Google Analytics. Having native reporting in AfterShip would make this much easier. Ideally this would show: - Views and unique visitors for the gift tracking page - How it compares to the standard tracking page - Basic engagement (e.g. CTA clicks) This would help merchants understand adoption and value of the gifting feature much more clearly.

Seems like a basic thing, but when I have an enhancement I'd like to submit, I want to ensure I don't duplicate someone else's submission.  Obviously that's why there is an 'upvote' button.  The only way to determine if there is something worth upvoting is to scroll through the entire list from top to bottom.

My idea is that when a shipment comes in from China to America,instead of each parcel going right to LAX through customs,each one should go to it's respective state and provence,every state has a sorting and customs center,it would just make it easier to make one stop instead of two or three on the way to the packages final point of delivery,

FedEx has master tracking numbers which can have multiple tracking numbers under 1 tracking numbers. I'd like to be able to add a group of numbers to a group, or master number, and it should be collapsable so I can open it and look at all attached tracking numbers. 

It would be incredibly helpful if there was a way to export the shipping data from the phone app. It would be extremely simple and improve the apps usefuleness.    It would also be incredibly helpful if there was a way to have the phone app on the computer. I know the browser version is different and designed for merchants while the phone app is designed for recipients. But, it would be easy to create a aftership.com/recipients version of the app on the computer that just syncs the shipments across devices. 

Suggestion: Add Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) Support for Malaysia   Hi,   I would like to suggest adding Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) as a supported courier/carrier on your app and website.   Lazada Express is the official delivery courier used by Lazada in Malaysia, similar to how SPX Express / Shopee Express is the official courier for Shopee. Many Lazada shipments in Malaysia are handled by LEX, so having direct tracking support would be very useful for Malaysian users.   The official LEX Malaysia tracking website is: https://lex.com.my/   For testing purposes, you can use these example tracking numbers:   LXST191548638MY MYMPA257159996   I hope you can consider implementing Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) support soon. As Lazada is widely used in Malaysia, I believe many users would appreciate being able to add and track their LEX shipments directly through your app and website instead of having to visit the LEX website separately.   Thank you for considering this suggestion. We are able to retrieve shipping rates for each carrier, but we would also like customs clearance fees and other charges available through each carrier’s API to be integrated via API as well. This is especially important for DDP shipments. Some information that can be retrieved through the carrier APIs cannot be retrieved through AfterShip, which means we would need to connect to each carrier’s API separately.
