I'd like to log an enhancement request for the Tracking page editor. Currently the section where we add social media connectors is limited in connection options. Specifically for Instagram (which is a really cool feature) the only way to connect is using our own credentials (user name/password login). This is an unacceptable option as it exposes us to being hacked and is a security concern obviously. The better way to do this is via Instagram's API connection: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/instagram-platform. Can you please log that as a high priority enhancement request? Should we decided to stay with AfterShip, this will be a critical branding requirement.

As a user, I'd like the ability to pull in tracking numbers to my dashboard by parcel account number so that I can view all shipments assigned to a specific or multiple parcel accounts.   For example I have 10 parcel accounts (4 with DHL and 6 with FedEx). I'd like the ability to utilize the parcel account number(s) instead of the API to pull in tracking associated with my parcel accounts.

Perhaps with Aftership Reviews, we could set a custom rule where if the transit time is exceeds X days, the platform won't initiate reviews.

Hello AfterShip Team, We run an e-commerce platform that sells digital licenses and premium accounts (our store is https://accountlicense.ir/). We are looking to use AfterShip to manage our post-purchase experience and customer tracking, but we've run into a limitation because our products are purely digital. Currently, AfterShip is heavily tailored toward physical goods with carrier tracking numbers. Since we deliver license keys and credentials digitally (via email/SMS), we would love to see a dedicated "Digital Delivery Flow" in AfterShip. Specifically, it would be amazing to have: 1. A tracking page layout optimized for digital goods that displays license activation instructions or download links instead of shipping carrier maps. 2. Webhook and API triggers that update the order status to "Delivered" when the digital product is sent to the customer's portal or inbox. 3. Custom post-purchase emails specifically designed to track when a customer reveals or views their digital key. This feature would be incredibly helpful for digital merchants like us. Currently, adapting standard physical tracking for a site like https://accountlicense.ir/ requires confusing workarounds. Are there any plans to support customized tracking portals for digital-only products in your roadmap? Thank you!

After RMA is created, admin needs the ability to edit details of the return. Including: 1. 1. editing products on return 2. editing customer email/address details 3. add remove return fees prior to receipt of return Often customers will call and need a return label sent to a new email address or want to add or remove items on their return. Also, if items are returned that are not included the return must be canceled and reopened, which is a messy process that sends a ton of unneccessary emails to the customer.

We need to have the option to ‘Save’ the filters & layout on the AfterShip Tracking dashboards / Orders. this function is available in Shipments section but not on Orders. but it is equally important for us to check both dashboards regularly. therefore saved view would be more than important to have.  Thank you! Hi there,    We’re planning to fully transition to your warranty return platform and would like to see the following improvements: * Dynamic Reference Lines on Return Shipping Labels: We’d like the option to add customizable reference lines on shipping labels. While there are default placeholders available, we need a more flexible solution to include internal notes that will help us organize returns efficiently. * Delayed Replacement Order Processing: We’d prefer the ability to process a replacement order without sending it to Shopify until the carrier marks the warranty return as “en route.” * Regex Validation for Warranty Intake Form: Adding regex validation would help us ensure inputs follow specific formats, such as order numbers or serial numbers, for better accuracy.

It would be really useful to see how often the Gift Tracking Page is actually being used, separately from the regular tracking page. At the moment, it’s hard to tell uptake or performance unless the page has a unique URL or rely on Google Analytics. Having native reporting in AfterShip would make this much easier. Ideally this would show: - Views and unique visitors for the gift tracking page - How it compares to the standard tracking page - Basic engagement (e.g. CTA clicks) This would help merchants understand adoption and value of the gifting feature much more clearly.
