The vendor/supplier's email should be copied when sending any type of response to the customer regarding a return.  This includes the RMA confirmation of return, tracking label and when it is received, refunded and resolved.   We/supplier are getting chargebacks through Shopify from customers stating that their returns are not refunded in a timely manner and we have no way to get the email to show that it was processed in Aftership and to dispute a chargeback with shopify.   We have no copies sent to us.   Please fix this issue in Aftership/Shopify immediately.  Thank you. 

We use this to ship to clients it would be nice if we could save clients within the system to send notifications to. 

Currently, AfterShip's webhook outgoing IP list is only available on an HTML documentation page (https://www.aftership.com/docs/tracking/webhook/webhook-outgoing-ips). This makes it impossible to automate IP allowlist management in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) workflows.   Problem: Teams that use IP-based firewalls to secure their webhook endpoints must manually monitor the documentation page for any IP changes and update their firewall rules accordingly. If a change is missed, it can cause webhook delivery failures and broken integrations.   Request: Please publish the webhook outgoing IP list as a dedicated plain-text endpoint — similar to how Cloudflare publishes theirs at https://www.cloudflare.com/ips-v4 — where each IP is returned on a separate line.   This would allow teams to: * Fetch the IP list programmatically as part of their CI/CD or IaC pipelines * Keep firewall allowlists automatically in sync without manual intervention * Avoid service disruptions caused by missed IP changes This is a standard practice among major API providers and would significantly improve the developer experience for customers who manage network security programmatically.

Good morning, I kindly ask you to enable the option to change the font, font size, colour, etc., for the “address” field within the footer of notification emails. Currently, this is the only field that cannot be customised, which creates a noticeable contrast between the main text in the body and this field, making the emails aesthetically unappealing. Allow me to still refund if I choose even if the return request has expired. Now I have to recreate the return request making more work for me.

The background is that I sell my products on multiple marketplaces, and each has different return flows that the aftership Returns page cannot handle. It would be much easier if there is a Returns API that can meet my requirements below.   Need: - I need a Returns API to allow creating RMA/return requests without having to use the Returns Page to file it.  - I can call the API and pass the information regarding the Return Reason Resolution, etc in one go.  - Once I call this API, it will return creation in Pending or Auto-Approved Status.

Merchants can design and market personalized products through us, setting prices and choosing their sales platforms from our integrated e-commerce options.   Once merchants place orders, we will handle the manufacturing, fulfillment, and shipping logistics to consumers.   When I am using Aftership for tracking, I want to enable my premium customers (merchants) with the ability to customize white label branded tracking pages and possibly an API to create them (since they won't have access to Aftership admin, and it would be impossible for me to maintain all tracking pages for them).   So that I can add this ability as part of the product & service package for my main customers (merchants), which creates more value for my business.

This button would allow customers to directly view the shipping status and the various stages leading up to delivery on the store’s website. Upload label manually from external source and link (instead of file only) Today its only possible to upload label manually through file via computer.   Hope this will change and we ca upload via external url
