It would be very helpful to have an option to group orders by store/company name (e.g., all Amazon orders together, all eBay orders together, etc.). This way, I could collapse or expand groups and quickly view only the orders I want. Additionally, it would be great if users could create their own custom groups for even more flexibility.

Integration of Sharetown to schedule pickups of items being returned. The process involves Sharetown picking up items directly from the customer's doorstep without the need for packaging. Once the items are picked up, Sharetown will resell the items through their channels and provide business with an agreed-upon gain-share payback based on the resale price.   Key Requirements: No label generation is needed as Sharetown will handle the pickup. A system integration will be needed to push the return data to Sharetown as a pickup request in their system. Sharetown will manage the logistics and resale of the items.

Currently you can manually refund the shipping fee in the admin manually, but would like the ability for it to be automatic.

I would like to include the RMA number barcode on the returns label. This way, upon receiving the returns label at my warehouse, I can simply scan the barcode to retrieve the RMA number. Subsequently, I can use this number to efficiently locate the corresponding RMA information within the returns system. The current OpenGraph meta preview generated by AfterShip's referral link system is unacceptable. We run a professional e-commerce business in South Africa selling premium seat covers, yet the influencer link preview looks like a child’s sticker book. Confetti, a USD coupon graphic, and a generic "Get special offers" line? Completely irrelevant, off-brand, and frankly embarrassing when shared by influencers. This isn’t just a design problem. It reflects poorly on our business when our partners share this link on Facebook and social platforms. It gives the impression of an unprofessional or scammy brand — damaging our credibility and costing us leads. We don’t even use USD as our currency. Why are you pushing American coupon-style banners to international stores?

My idea is that when a shipment comes in from China to America,instead of each parcel going right to LAX through customs,each one should go to it's respective state and provence,every state has a sorting and customs center,it would just make it easier to make one stop instead of two or three on the way to the packages final point of delivery,

we provide return shipping label after approving the return request. Our product contains hazarious material, which should be shipped with hazmat label. Aftership doesn't grant the api access of selecting the Hazmat label when auto-generating return shipping label Please fix it
