Would you be able to: 1. Add a functionality that restricts order views based on a ship from location or/or login? We have multiple ship from locations and we are 100% manula orders; it creates confusion when one warehouse sees orders from another warehouse.  2. Have a ship to address book and have that be varied based on ship from locations. We have set ship to locations and it doesnt change often. 

 I just started using the app today and overall I do like it, but I have a few minor suggestions. 1. A compact mode: right now the list of tracking numbers/packages is very spread out. Consolidating it would make it look cleaner, IMO. 2. Allow me to put tags on them, custom or otherwise. For example I have a few incoming packages and a few outgoing ones. It would be nice to add tags to differentiate them and also filter by them if needed. Hopefully that made sense. Thank you.

Once the user selects more than three shipments, the Pin icon should become visually disabled—either blurred, faded, or hidden—to clearly communicate that the action is unavailable. Please also indicate where the attached reference image should appear in relation to the Pin icon so that its placement and visual hierarchy are clear.   Image 2 — Pin Option Within the Shipment Menu (pictures attached) When the user opens any shipment and clicks the three-dot (⋮) menu, the following options should be displayed: 1:- Edit Shipment 2:- Mark as Delivered 3:- Pin at Top 4:- Delete The Pin at Top option should be presented as a polished, intuitive action within the existing menu, maintaining a premium and consistent user experience.   Thanks and Regards

it would be great to be able to manually add a placeholder delivery in order to keep track of my deliveries.

1. customer is NOT receiving any email from Aftership when a return has been received, refunded and resolved.  2. We are getting chargebacks from customers claiming they were not notified and advised a refund was on its way. 3. their bank (JPM) has sided with customers even though we have shown the ARP info from the return details.  4. An email advising of a received and pending refund would be quite helpful. 5. ALL other companies send these emails of pending refund, except Aftership/Shopify does not. 6. Its creating a lot of work and loss of revenue for our company. 

FedEx has master tracking numbers which can have multiple tracking numbers under 1 tracking numbers. I'd like to be able to add a group of numbers to a group, or master number, and it should be collapsable so I can open it and look at all attached tracking numbers. 

Good morning, When viewing notification emails on a mobile device, the background colour only appears at the top as a small strip. As a result, the background colour on the sides and beneath the email is completely lost. I therefore propose hiding the background area entirely on mobile, displaying only what is within the content background, which is the main body of the email. Thank you.

As a merchant, I would like to charge the cost of return when the shopper chooses to replace the returned item.  aftership Returns provides Stripe checkout only for this scenario, but I don't have a Stripe account, I would like to use my Shopify checkout to charge the exchange upsell and cost of return. So that I don't have to open a Stripe checkout and manage two accounts (Shopify and Stripe checkout) at the same time.

Seems like a basic thing, but when I have an enhancement I'd like to submit, I want to ensure I don't duplicate someone else's submission.  Obviously that's why there is an 'upvote' button.  The only way to determine if there is something worth upvoting is to scroll through the entire list from top to bottom.
