Upload label manually from external source and link (instead of file only) Today its only possible to upload label manually through file via computer.   Hope this will change and we ca upload via external url

Currently, I can only choose from 3 resolution options in Warranty admin: Repair item, Replace item & Other. At the end of the day, I need to manually export a list of Warranty claims and see how many store credit resolutions were recorded. (By using the “Other” option with a note.) This process is very time-consuming and inefficient.    It would be very helpful if a direct "issue store credit" feature were integrated, potentially automating the process across platforms like Shopify.

We use this to ship to clients it would be nice if we could save clients within the system to send notifications to. 

After RMA is created, admin needs the ability to edit details of the return. Including: 1. 1. editing products on return 2. editing customer email/address details 3. add remove return fees prior to receipt of return Often customers will call and need a return label sent to a new email address or want to add or remove items on their return. Also, if items are returned that are not included the return must be canceled and reopened, which is a messy process that sends a ton of unneccessary emails to the customer.

On the tracking dashboard customers/users need to be able to click to grab, then drag and drop the order we desire our packages to be in.

Suggestion: Add Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) Support for Malaysia   Hi,   I would like to suggest adding Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) as a supported courier/carrier on your app and website.   Lazada Express is the official delivery courier used by Lazada in Malaysia, similar to how SPX Express / Shopee Express is the official courier for Shopee. Many Lazada shipments in Malaysia are handled by LEX, so having direct tracking support would be very useful for Malaysian users.   The official LEX Malaysia tracking website is: https://lex.com.my/   For testing purposes, you can use these example tracking numbers:   LXST191548638MY MYMPA257159996   I hope you can consider implementing Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) support soon. As Lazada is widely used in Malaysia, I believe many users would appreciate being able to add and track their LEX shipments directly through your app and website instead of having to visit the LEX website separately.   Thank you for considering this suggestion. I have an online store I frequently order from, and for whatever reason I often (... or perhaps always? haven't double checked) end up with duplicates of my order tracked in the Aftership app.  From inspecting the latest such occurrence, this seems to be because the tracking number the seller gets and shares with me in their emails differs from the tracking numbers in my Fedex Delivery Manager notifications.  However, the tracking numbers clearly lead to information about the same package, so ideally the app would be smart enough to realize that and deduplicate them.

Titles should update with count of items in the section so you know it's updating and should be clicked on. 

FedEx has master tracking numbers which can have multiple tracking numbers under 1 tracking numbers. I'd like to be able to add a group of numbers to a group, or master number, and it should be collapsable so I can open it and look at all attached tracking numbers.
