I've observed that Shopify currently only accommodates refunds, lacking store credit or exchange options for returns. Good morning, When viewing notification emails on a mobile device, the background colour only appears at the top as a small strip. As a result, the background colour on the sides and beneath the email is completely lost. I therefore propose hiding the background area entirely on mobile, displaying only what is within the content background, which is the main body of the email. Thank you.

Once merchants place orders, we will handle the manufacturing, fulfillment, and shipping logistics to consumers. When I am using Aftership for tracking, I want to enable my premium customers (merchants) with the ability to customize white label branded tracking pages and possibly an API to create them (since they won't have access to Aftership admin, and it would be impossible for me to maintain all tracking pages for them). So that I can add this ability as part of the product & service package for my main customers (merchants), which creates more value for my business.

For example, I could keep discounts hidden for shoppers with shopping carts over $1,000 but display them for those who have smaller carts, so that they would shop more to get a better discount. Requesting to provide an option for the end consumers to edit the review on the AfterShip tracking page after the product is being delivered. Currently, the customers are able to leave the review but unable to edit them.

Request: During the return flow more clearly define that an item/return resolution is selected. i.e. have text say “Selected” or have the box change colour when an item/resolution is selected beyond just the black box.
