Hello,   This is Nailin from Harman. We need to have the option to ‘Save’ the filters & layout on the AfterShip Tracking dashboards / Orders. this function is available in Shipments section but not on Orders. but it is equally important for us to check both dashboards regularly. therefore saved view would be more than important to have.  Thank you! it would be great to be able to manually add a placeholder delivery in order to keep track of my deliveries.

I was just tracking my packages and thought of something and was like man I wish there would be different layouts or sorting options. Like if I could sort it by ETD Dates, etc rather than just having them all listed and me doing the mental math of 3 days from now would be Friday, etc. Since of our would be able to be listed by delivery date I would know what packages I need to be on the lookout for that day at an early glance.

Hi there, We ship wine, which means orders are often held by our fulfilment center when temperatures along the route are above or below certian threshold we have set. I would like to create a flow that automatically notifies the customer that their order has been flagged for a weather hold and ensures them it is still on the way. Is this possible? Thanks

Perhaps with Aftership Reviews, we could set a custom rule where if the transit time is exceeds X days, the platform won't initiate reviews.

It would be very helpful to have an option to group orders by store/company name (e.g., all Amazon orders together, all eBay orders together, etc.). This way, I could collapse or expand groups and quickly view only the orders I want. Additionally, it would be great if users could create their own custom groups for even more flexibility.

GM is there a way to close an exception order rather than a total delete?

We use this to ship to clients it would be nice if we could save clients within the system to send notifications to.
