Hello, We would like to identify the parcels that were delivered by secured delivery methods, and which ones. For example, was the parcel delivered with a Pin Code? With a QR Code? With a signature? This would allow to better measure Exceptions per delivery method, and size the opportunity of such services, on which we are completely blind today.

1. customer is NOT receiving any email from Aftership when a return has been received, refunded and resolved.  2. We are getting chargebacks from customers claiming they were not notified and advised a refund was on its way. 3. their bank (JPM) has sided with customers even though we have shown the ARP info from the return details.  4. An email advising of a received and pending refund would be quite helpful. 5. ALL other companies send these emails of pending refund, except Aftership/Shopify does not. 6. Its creating a lot of work and loss of revenue for our company.

I would like to include the RMA number barcode on the returns label. This way, upon receiving the returns label at my warehouse, I can simply scan the barcode to retrieve the RMA number. Subsequently, I can use this number to efficiently locate the corresponding RMA information within the returns system. Consider leveraging Estimated Delivery Dates for Return Shipments as a column on the Returns Dashboard

I want the order status to automatically change to "Completed" when the tracking code is entered in the AfterShip plugin in WooCommerce. Is it possible to achieve this through the plugin settings, or is there a snippet that can help me make it happen?

My idea is that when a shipment comes in from China to America,instead of each parcel going right to LAX through customs,each one should go to it's respective state and provence,every state has a sorting and customs center,it would just make it easier to make one stop instead of two or three on the way to the packages final point of delivery,
