The ability to see how much it cost per tracking label for the carrier, alongside all the other analytics would be beneficial to business operations.   Having “cost” as a piece of data collect and display in analytics will help us make larger business decisions when it comes to choice of carrier preferences to know which carrier is best to work with in the long run. I believe this feature will be great value add to Aftership as well!

It would be great if you could automate sending out the shipment tracking dashboard, and allow filters for that report, lijke the analysis report.  This enbales us to send the report to customers and others in our team as a live snapshot of their shipments. It consolidates all their shipments into one view so they don't have to track them individually each day. 

Honestly, this would help us to ease our shoppers through possible delays proactively.

Currently when searching anything in Aftership, you must start with the same exact string. It would be great for users to adapt it to simple match. Example: Currently: String 1ZW6522Y0299621269 is not found if you look by 2Y0299621269

Related to BOPIS Track - set a Pickup deadline date and use it as a Merge Tag on Notifications.   Ideally, set a date and time expiration date so the end consumer know when they need to pick up their order. If the end consumer doesn't pick up their package before the expiration date, then cancel the order, notify the client and possibly refund the end consumer.

There should be an option to just cancel the return without rejecting it.  Sometimes client decide to bring it to a store after doing the initial return. 

Good morning, I kindly ask you to enable the option to change the font, font size, colour, etc., for the “address” field within the footer of notification emails. Currently, this is the only field that cannot be customised, which creates a noticeable contrast between the main text in the body and this field, making the emails aesthetically unappealing.  I just started using the app today and overall I do like it, but I have a few minor suggestions. 1. A compact mode: right now the list of tracking numbers/packages is very spread out. Consolidating it would make it look cleaner, IMO. 2. Allow me to put tags on them, custom or otherwise. For example I have a few incoming packages and a few outgoing ones. It would be nice to add tags to differentiate them and also filter by them if needed. Hopefully that made sense. Thank you.
