Enable merchants to customize the duration before an RMA is automatically canceled. Currently, the system only allows for auto-cancellation after 28 days of inactivity. To better suit our company's needs, we would like the option to extend this period.

When exporting, it would be handy if there was a third Data Format option.  In addition to Standard and Custom, something like “Same as current display” or something like that.  An option that would create the csv or xlsx file with the same columns in the same order that are displayed in the current view on the web page. I find myself adding or removing columns in the dashboard in order to see what I want to look at but, if I want to then export it, I need to either recreate the view again in the export wizard (which isn’t always even possible) or export it standard and move stuff around in excel. 

Support setting the total number of emails that can be sent by each contact within a certain period of time (frequency), including flows and newsletters.   I aim to reduce interruptions for my customers while still capturing important messages, which is why I am seeking more flexibility in the configurations.

Suggestion: Add Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) Support for Malaysia   Hi,   I would like to suggest adding Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) as a supported courier/carrier on your app and website.   Lazada Express is the official delivery courier used by Lazada in Malaysia, similar to how SPX Express / Shopee Express is the official courier for Shopee. Many Lazada shipments in Malaysia are handled by LEX, so having direct tracking support would be very useful for Malaysian users.   The official LEX Malaysia tracking website is: https://lex.com.my/   For testing purposes, you can use these example tracking numbers:   LXST191548638MY MYMPA257159996   I hope you can consider implementing Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) support soon. This button would allow customers to directly view the shipping status and the various stages leading up to delivery on the store’s website. I would like to include the RMA number barcode on the returns label. This way, upon receiving the returns label at my warehouse, I can simply scan the barcode to retrieve the RMA number. Subsequently, I can use this number to efficiently locate the corresponding RMA information within the returns system. This process will significantly enhance the operational efficiency of our RMA procedures.
