Our warehouse needs to know how many returns were requested on a daily basis so they can plan their resources accordingly. but it is not an option for now. It would be nice if we could build our own reports and schedule it. 

I want the order status to automatically change to "Completed" when the tracking code is entered in the AfterShip plugin in WooCommerce. Is it possible to achieve this through the plugin settings, or is there a snippet that can help me make it happen?

The vendor/supplier's email should be copied when sending any type of response to the customer regarding a return.  This includes the RMA confirmation of return, tracking label and when it is received, refunded and resolved.   We/supplier are getting chargebacks through Shopify from customers stating that their returns are not refunded in a timely manner and we have no way to get the email to show that it was processed in Aftership and to dispute a chargeback with shopify.   We have no copies sent to us.   Please fix this issue in Aftership/Shopify immediately.  Thank you. 

When using the mobile App, currently shipments remain visible in the tracking list even after they have been delivered. Over time, this can make the main tracking screen feel cluttered, especially for users who receive a large number of packages. It would be very helpful to have an option to: - Archive delivered shipments manually, or - Automatically move delivered shipments to an archive after a certain period of time. This would allow users to keep their active tracking list clean and focused on packages that are still in transit, while still retaining access to past deliveries when needed.   Thank you,

The “Back” button on the RC portal is not obvious or prominent enough. It is too hard to find and blends into the page.

Requesting to provide an option for the end consumers to edit the review on the AfterShip tracking page after the product is being delivered.    Currently, the customers are able to leave the review but unable to edit them.

Once the user selects more than three shipments, the Pin icon should become visually disabled—either blurred, faded, or hidden—to clearly communicate that the action is unavailable. I was just tracking my packages and thought of something and was like man I wish there would be different layouts or sorting options. Like if I could sort it by ETD Dates, etc rather than just having them all listed and me doing the mental math of 3 days from now would be Friday, etc. Since of our would be able to be listed by delivery date I would know what packages I need to be on the lookout for that day at an early glance.
