Notifications Sent to Same Contact on Every Shipment (Without Webhook)

Josh Cammack
October 2, 2026 at 6:16 pm
There should be an option to send at least all email notifications to one email address, such as a shared folder, each time a shipment has an action. Using a webhook should not be the only option. Many companies would like this option in conjuntion with an M365 automation to create MS teams messages etc for internal use.

Set transit time as a trigger of reviews

David Mitchell

Perhaps with Aftership Reviews, we could set a custom rule where if the transit time is exceeds X days, the platform won't initiate reviews.

Customising font and text size in the “address” area of the footer

Giulio Riotta
January 24, 2025 at 1:24 pm
Good morning, I kindly ask you to enable the option to change the font, font size, colour, etc., for the “address” field within the footer of notification emails. Currently, this is the only field that cannot be customised, which creates a noticeable contrast between the main text in the body and this field, making the emails aesthetically unappealing. Thank you.

Branded Customization of Returns Notifications

Andrew Bird
August 15, 2025 at 12:41 pm
There is a massive discrepancy between the notificaiton customization capabilities within the Tracking module and the Returns module.  In the Returns module, all you can do is update the messaging. There is no ability to alter colours, add logos, images, or otherwise truly 'brand' the notifications.  All of this exists in the Tracking module.  Recommendation is that you port over the same functionality into the Returns module ASAP.  Those notification emails are currently a horrific customer experience.

Voided Label Update

TYLER'S Website Support
October 14, 2026 at 7:26 pm
Currently, when a shipping label is voided and a new label is created for an order, the customer-facing AfterShip tracking dashboard continues to show the tracking information associated with the original, voided label rather than the new, active label. This results in customers seeing outdated or incorrect tracking information, even though a valid replacement label has been generated. We would like AfterShip to automatically update the tracking dashboard to reflect the most recent active shipping label whenever a previous label is voided and replaced, ensuring customers always have access to accurate tracking information for their orders.

Titles should update with count of items in the section so you know it's updating and should be clicked on.

Exporting Reports for Notifications

Nicole Steever
June 3, 2025 at 6:40 pm
Can we have a way to export the report of the notifications? So for example, I would love to be able to export the list of people who had bounced emails for our shipping notifications or even to export the list of folks who did not open the message.

Publish Webhook Outgoing IPs as a Machine-Readable Plain-Text Endpoint

Martinho Dias
June 3, 2026 at 7:47 pm
Currently, AfterShip's webhook outgoing IP list is only available on an HTML documentation page (https://www.aftership.com/docs/tracking/webhook/webhook-outgoing-ips). This makes it impossible to automate IP allowlist management in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) workflows.   Problem: Teams that use IP-based firewalls to secure their webhook endpoints must manually monitor the documentation page for any IP changes and update their firewall rules accordingly. If a change is missed, it can cause webhook delivery failures and broken integrations.   Request: Please publish the webhook outgoing IP list as a dedicated plain-text endpoint — similar to how Cloudflare publishes theirs at https://www.cloudflare.com/ips-v4 — where each IP is returned on a separate line.   This would allow teams to: * Fetch the IP list programmatically as part of their CI/CD or IaC pipelines * Keep firewall allowlists automatically in sync without manual intervention * Avoid service disruptions caused by missed IP changes This is a standard practice among major API providers and would significantly improve the developer experience for customers who manage network security programmatically.
