As a merchant, I aim to provide Aftership with supplementary shipping documents for the creation of shipping labels. By submitting these additional documents to Aftership, they can be forwarded to the carrier during the label creation process within the carrier's system.   These shipping labels and accompanying documents are essential for shipping activities, particularly for cross-border customs declaration purposes.

As a business owner, I am seeking a system that can facilitate risk level scoring for each RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and enable my staff to input risk assessment findings based on actual RMA inspections. This system will enable us to assess risk levels effectively and respond accordingly. I have had customers who have accidently unsubscribed themselves from receiving AfterShip emails. I can see them in the Unsubscribe list, but I cannot remove them. Please add a feature that would allow AfterShip administrators to remove emails from the Unsubscribe list. Currently this process has to be done by the AfterShip tech team. By making this a self-service feature, you will reduce the labor required by the AfterShip team and make the product more efficient.

I hope to insert a form in the email, allowing customers to fill out the form directly within the email.   For example, if there are some events or new product launches, I would like to invite users to participate and collect information on whether they are interested or not.

In Shopify, merchants cannot identify which orders were combined in TTS. This will increase the risk of merchants repeatedly fulfil the same order items.   To address this issue proactively, I would recommend that we introduce a hint or tag within Shopify to alert merchants about combined orders, thus avoid this situation from happening.

I want the order status to automatically change to "Completed" when the tracking code is entered in the AfterShip plugin in WooCommerce. Is it possible to achieve this through the plugin settings, or is there a snippet that can help me make it happen?
