Hello,  We currently use AfterShip Feed to connect our Amazon Seller account to TikTok Shop. But it would be fantastic to be able to also connect with Walmart Seller's MCF. It would allow even greater reach of products on more sales channels.

FedEx has master tracking numbers which can have multiple tracking numbers under 1 tracking numbers. I'd like to be able to add a group of numbers to a group, or master number, and it should be collapsable so I can open it and look at all attached tracking numbers. 

On the tracking dashboard customers/users need to be able to click to grab, then drag and drop the order we desire our packages to be in.

We should be able to update the email address on the returns and warranty pages in case the cx is unable to access the default email.

Is it possible to increase the bulk search limit from 50? We often have to peform bulk search a number of times to retrieve the data that we're looking. 

I am utilizing Smile to develop the Reward program for our business. This year, I aim to motivate members to increase their reviews by integrating Reviews into the reward system as bonus incentives. This will allow our members to accumulate extra points by sharing feedback for their purchases.

As a retailer, it would be great if customer preferences can be collected and determine whether to send an SMS notification based on the subscription status synchronized via API.   Moreover, a customer-facing page that allows users to manage their preferences would be even better. Hello, We would like to identify the parcels that were delivered by secured delivery methods, and which ones. For example, was the parcel delivered with a Pin Code? With a QR Code? With a signature? This would allow to better measure Exceptions per delivery method, and size the opportunity of such services, on which we are completely blind today.

Currently when searching anything in Aftership, you must start with the same exact string. It would be great for users to adapt it to simple match. Example: Currently: String 1ZW6522Y0299621269 is not found if you look by 2Y0299621269
