In Shopify, merchants cannot identify which orders were combined in TTS. This will increase the risk of merchants repeatedly fulfil the same order items.   To address this issue proactively, I would recommend that we introduce a hint or tag within Shopify to alert merchants about combined orders, thus avoid this situation from happening.

Suggestion: Add Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) Support for Malaysia   Hi,   I would like to suggest adding Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) as a supported courier/carrier on your app and website.   Lazada Express is the official delivery courier used by Lazada in Malaysia, similar to how SPX Express / Shopee Express is the official courier for Shopee. Many Lazada shipments in Malaysia are handled by LEX, so having direct tracking support would be very useful for Malaysian users.   The official LEX Malaysia tracking website is: https://lex.com.my/   For testing purposes, you can use these example tracking numbers:   LXST191548638MY MYMPA257159996   I hope you can consider implementing Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) support soon. As Lazada is widely used in Malaysia, I believe many users would appreciate being able to add and track their LEX shipments directly through your app and website instead of having to visit the LEX website separately.   Thank you for considering this suggestion. For instance, customers can quickly locate reviews based on size, incorporate images and videos, consider age, product characteristics, and the reviewer's recommendation status.

The ability to see how much it cost per tracking label for the carrier, alongside all the other analytics would be beneficial to business operations.   Having “cost” as a piece of data collect and display in analytics will help us make larger business decisions when it comes to choice of carrier preferences to know which carrier is best to work with in the long run. I believe this feature will be great value add to Aftership as well!

Hi,   I recently started buying products from India and sometimes they ship using : https://shipglobal.in/tracking/   Unfortunately Aftership is not yet supporting shipglobal.in and I need to use another app (actually 17tracks works) to track these shipments.   Please consider adding shipglobal.in as a supported career.   thank you!

There's quite a few couriers where the 'View on Carrier Website' doesn't take you directly to the trracking page, and instead requires you to enter the tracking number.  These can be easily fixed by correcting the URL.   For example, for Cainiao the link takes you to; https://global.cainiao.com/   This needs correcting to; https://global.cainiao.com/newDetail.htm?mailNoList=   Please submit any further examples below.

On the tracking dashboard customers/users need to be able to click to grab, then drag and drop the order we desire our packages to be in.

I want to be able to show values and total value of anything that is currently in transit, out for delivery and delivered so i can manage my insurance process of total value out at a given time 

It would be very helpful to have an option to group orders by store/company name (e.g., all Amazon orders together, all eBay orders together, etc.). This way, I could collapse or expand groups and quickly view only the orders I want. Additionally, it would be great if users could create their own custom groups for even more flexibility.

I see that Aftership is already having public api end points available for tracking and returns. i would like to have similar one for reviews.
