Support "not-for-sale products" listing

That would be great if Feed could accommodate the listing of "not-for-sale products" on TTS. This feature is newly introduced in TTS, where the product is not for sale to shoppers but will be gifted to them instead.

"Back Button" on RC Portal is not clear or prominent enough

The “Back” button on the RC portal is not obvious or prominent enough. It is too hard to find and blends into the page.

HTML email editor support configure shipment & order items

When utilizing an HTML email editor, I aim to display and personalize shipment or order items within my tracking notifications. This feature would allow shoppers to conveniently view their purchases directly in the email, thereby improving customer satisfaction.

Highlight which module/box is selected during RMA Request Flow

Items + return reasons are not clearly highlighted/shown as selected, during the Return Request flow on the RC portal. Request: During the return flow more clearly define that an item/return resolution is selected. i.e. have text say “Selected” or have the box change colour when an item/resolution is selected beyond just the black box.

Preview and Explanation of Merchandising Strategies

While using personalization, I want to understand the actual product results generated by these algorithms and the reason behind the chosen product displays for shoppers. If I can preview the recommendation results in the admin, it would reduce uncertainty, ensure optimal outcomes, and improve my marketing strategies to boost conversions.

Alert message to let a user know when the same email domain is used in an existing organization

Background: At the moment, a user with a specific domain can easily create a new organization when creating an account in AfterShip We don’t indicate to this use that an existing organization is already linked to the same domain This can create confusion when member are trying to get access to an organization proactively (without being added by the current owner) Hence we end up with support tickets from member not able to get access to their main org. Expectation: Alert message during new inscription if we identify that the email domain is already used. Eventually an option to send a request to the owner of the main org. Possibility to delete the new account to avoid unnecessary org and member creations for our clients. Could be active only for ENT client if we want to reduce the scope

Support upload documents through the Shipping API.

As a merchant, I aim to provide Aftership with supplementary shipping documents for the creation of shipping labels. By submitting these additional documents to Aftership, they can be forwarded to the carrier during the label creation process within the carrier's system. These shipping labels and accompanying documents are essential for shipping activities, particularly for cross-border customs declaration purposes.

Support setting the total number of emails that can be sent by each contact within a certain period of time (frequency), including flows and newsletters. I aim to reduce interruptions for my customers while still capturing important messages, which is why I am seeking more flexibility in the configurations.

Sync the customer's username from the TTS orders to Shopify.

We want to refer to the customer's username when packing the order. Right now, to do this, we need to download the tiktok orders, connect them to the shopify order number via the tiktok order in the notes field and then connect that to the order number in shipbob. If we had the username in shopify, we could eliminate the step where we have to connect tiktok to shopify.

Personalized discount display rule

So, as a seller who often runs campaigns, I would love to have a cool discount setup that can be customized based on how customers behave. For example, I could keep discounts hidden for shoppers with shopping carts over $1,000 but display them for those who have smaller carts, so that they would shop more to get a better discount. This strategy can be effectively applied to our product recommendations, enhancing conversion rates and boosting average order values.
