Integration of Sharetown to schedule pickups of items being returned. The process involves Sharetown picking up items directly from the customer's doorstep without the need for packaging. Once the items are picked up, Sharetown will resell the items through their channels and provide business with an agreed-upon gain-share payback based on the resale price.   Key Requirements: No label generation is needed as Sharetown will handle the pickup. A system integration will be needed to push the return data to Sharetown as a pickup request in their system. Sharetown will manage the logistics and resale of the items.

Good morning, I kindly ask you to enable the option to change the font, font size, colour, etc., for the “address” field within the footer of notification emails. Currently, this is the only field that cannot be customised, which creates a noticeable contrast between the main text in the body and this field, making the emails aesthetically unappealing. Some customers enter +1 before their phone number when requesting a return or exchange. This causes the shipping label to fail to generate and creates frustration for the customer and extra work for me. I would like the system to correct the phone number to allow successful label generation.

I want all orders over $30 to show a shipping fee of only $2, because this is subsidized by TikTok.

As a merchant, I would like to break down the shipping volume report by Carrier and Lane. Currently, it can be broken down by only one condition.   This would allow us to understand how a carrier is performing in a specific market.

Scenarios 1. We give a customer a partial refund for a coupon code they forgot to enter. This partial refund is currently stopping the customer and us from being able to request a return in Aftership. Please allow an option to make RMA or override in this scenario. 2. (similar to #1) Customer orders multiple items, gets RMA for one item, returns it and is refunded. Now they want to return the other item, however, because there is a refund in Shopify we are not able to open a RMA for the other item because the order shows as returned. Please allow option to make RMA or override in this scenario.  Thank you

We want the feature for referral program page through which we can dedicated referr to the customers and one affiliate program for our influencer through which they can track their progress and commisions. 

Allow me to still refund if I choose even if the return request has expired. Now I have to recreate the return request making more work for me.
