Once the user selects more than three shipments, the Pin icon should become visually disabled—either blurred, faded, or hidden—to clearly communicate that the action is unavailable. Please also indicate where the attached reference image should appear in relation to the Pin icon so that its placement and visual hierarchy are clear.   Image 2 — Pin Option Within the Shipment Menu (pictures attached) When the user opens any shipment and clicks the three-dot (⋮) menu, the following options should be displayed: 1:- Edit Shipment 2:- Mark as Delivered 3:- Pin at Top 4:- Delete The Pin at Top option should be presented as a polished, intuitive action within the existing menu, maintaining a premium and consistent user experience.   Thanks and Regards

Perhaps with Aftership Reviews, we could set a custom rule where if the transit time is exceeds X days, the platform won't initiate reviews.

The current OpenGraph meta preview generated by AfterShip's referral link system is unacceptable. We run a professional e-commerce business in South Africa selling premium seat covers, yet the influencer link preview looks like a child’s sticker book. Confetti, a USD coupon graphic, and a generic "Get special offers" line? Completely irrelevant, off-brand, and frankly embarrassing when shared by influencers. This isn’t just a design problem. It reflects poorly on our business when our partners share this link on Facebook and social platforms. It gives the impression of an unprofessional or scammy brand — damaging our credibility and costing us leads. We don’t even use USD as our currency. Why are you pushing American coupon-style banners to international stores?

The “Back” button on the RC portal is not obvious or prominent enough. It is too hard to find and blends into the page. 

It would be useful to have a Sku column amognst the list when editing the returns dashboard. The image of the item is useful but often the item is enclosed in a boxed which is marked with the sku. Therefore at first glance, the sku is seen before the physical item.

As a merchant, I would like to break down the shipping volume report by Carrier and Lane. Currently, it can be broken down by only one condition.   This would allow us to understand how a carrier is performing in a specific market.
