Most major carriers already provide an estimated delivery date/time as part of their tracking data, but this isn't currently surfaced in the app. Context: Customers tracking a shipment want to know when it will arrive, not just its current status. Right now they have to infer this themselves or check the carrier's own site separately. Issue to address: Add a field that displays the carrier's estimated delivery date (and time window, where the carrier provides one) on the tracking/order page. This would reduce "where is my order" support inquiries and improve the post-purchase experience. Suggestion: Pull the estimated delivery data from carriers that already expose it via their APIs, and display it prominently near the shipment status.

Currently OTD report, reports the complete journey so the avereage time can fluctuate based on how long it takes for customers to collect their order.  We need to report on the carrier performance and then the time it takes to collect.  It would be good to have  a PUDO report that breaks down : average transit time to collection point   Average time waiting for collection    If we expand our PUDO options in Europe it would be a good indication 

As a merchant, I would like to break down the shipping volume report by Carrier and Lane. Currently, it can be broken down by only one condition.   This would allow us to understand how a carrier is performing in a specific market.

Background: * At the moment, a user with a specific domain can easily create a new organization when creating an account in AfterShip * We don’t indicate to this use that an existing organization is already linked to the same domain This can create confusion when member are trying to get access to an organization proactively (without being added by the current owner) * Hence we end up with support tickets from member not able to get access to their main org. My package is currently reading that it is out for delivery in my area, but is still showing to be located in a totally different country so the tracking needs to be updated and fixed because this has been an ongoing issue that I've contacted them about for support and it's still reading the same way

There should be an option to just cancel the return without rejecting it.  Sometimes client decide to bring it to a store after doing the initial return.
