Hello,  We currently use AfterShip Feed to connect our Amazon Seller account to TikTok Shop. But it would be fantastic to be able to also connect with Walmart Seller's MCF. It would allow even greater reach of products on more sales channels.

Can we get an option to automatically restock the item based on resolution, not just when received. We still need to process, and inspect the item before we issue the refund, and we can't have our inventory adjusted upon recept. Thanks!

As a business owner, I am seeking a system that can facilitate risk level scoring for each RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and enable my staff to input risk assessment findings based on actual RMA inspections. This system will enable us to assess risk levels effectively and respond accordingly. Moreover, the system will allow for the reporting of any detected fraud instances.   Implementing this system is crucial for mitigating fraud occurrences, as well as proactively preventing future fraudulent activities. we provide return shipping label after approving the return request. Our product contains hazarious material, which should be shipped with hazmat label. Aftership doesn't grant the api access of selecting the Hazmat label when auto-generating return shipping label Please fix it

Seems like a basic thing, but when I have an enhancement I'd like to submit, I want to ensure I don't duplicate someone else's submission.  Obviously that's why there is an 'upvote' button.  The only way to determine if there is something worth upvoting is to scroll through the entire list from top to bottom.

I am using the API for Zoho Inventory integration with Aftership. I would like the items on the shipping order of Zoho Inventory displayed on the shipment items of the email notifications to my customers. The shipments are created within Zoho Inventory and tracked by Aftership.

We want to refer to the customer's username when packing the order. Right now, to do this, we need to download the tiktok orders, connect them to the shopify order number via the tiktok order in the notes field and then connect that to the order number in shipbob.   If we had the username in shopify, we could eliminate the step where we have to connect tiktok to shopify.

Hi, I hope you can include a column where users can also see "WHEN" the order arrived in customs clearance and "WHEN" it was released. I am referring to ALL orders, not just the delayed orders.

Scenarios 1. We give a customer a partial refund for a coupon code they forgot to enter. This partial refund is currently stopping the customer and us from being able to request a return in Aftership. Please allow an option to make RMA or override in this scenario. 2. (similar to #1) Customer orders multiple items, gets RMA for one item, returns it and is refunded. Now they want to return the other item, however, because there is a refund in Shopify we are not able to open a RMA for the other item because the order shows as returned. Please allow option to make RMA or override in this scenario.  Thank you
