it would be great to be able to manually add a placeholder delivery in order to keep track of my deliveries.

While using personalization, I want to understand the actual product results generated by these algorithms and the reason behind the chosen product displays for shoppers.   If I can preview the recommendation results in the admin, it would reduce uncertainty, ensure optimal outcomes, and improve my marketing strategies to boost conversions.

It would be really useful to see how often the Gift Tracking Page is actually being used, separately from the regular tracking page. At the moment, it’s hard to tell uptake or performance unless the page has a unique URL or rely on Google Analytics. Having native reporting in AfterShip would make this much easier. Ideally this would show: - Views and unique visitors for the gift tracking page - How it compares to the standard tracking page - Basic engagement (e.g. CTA clicks) This would help merchants understand adoption and value of the gifting feature much more clearly.

It would be very helpful to have an option to group orders by store/company name (e.g., all Amazon orders together, all eBay orders together, etc.). This way, I could collapse or expand groups and quickly view only the orders I want. Additionally, it would be great if users could create their own custom groups for even more flexibility.

Brand noted they’d like to be able to clearly communicate why certain Products are on the Blocklist - instead of the general text we have in place, without specifically making the customer review the Policy as a whole. Asking if we could define the error at the Blocklist Product Tag entry level. While there are default placeholders available, we need a more flexible solution to include internal notes that will help us organize returns efficiently. * Delayed Replacement Order Processing: We’d prefer the ability to process a replacement order without sending it to Shopify until the carrier marks the warranty return as “en route.” * Regex Validation for Warranty Intake Form: Adding regex validation would help us ensure inputs follow specific formats, such as order numbers or serial numbers, for better accuracy.

I was just tracking my packages and thought of something and was like man I wish there would be different layouts or sorting options. Like if I could sort it by ETD Dates, etc rather than just having them all listed and me doing the mental math of 3 days from now would be Friday, etc. Since of our would be able to be listed by delivery date I would know what packages I need to be on the lookout for that day at an early glance.

Compared to AfterShip Tracking, Returns currently lacks key customization capabilities: * No page segmentation (by market, country, store, customer type, etc.) * No way to associate a return with a specific store * No configurable notification flows based on return status or parameters The absence of these settings significantly limits customization for clients and prevents them from offering tailored return experiences. Suggestion: Introduce advanced configuration options similar to Tracking, including: * Segmented return pages based on defined parameters * Store-level return association and rules * Conditional notification flows triggered by return events and attributes These improvements would greatly enhance flexibility, customer experience, and alignment across the AfterShip product suite.

It would be incredibly helpful if there was a way to export the shipping data from the phone app. It would be extremely simple and improve the apps usefuleness.    It would also be incredibly helpful if there was a way to have the phone app on the computer. I know the browser version is different and designed for merchants while the phone app is designed for recipients. But, it would be easy to create a aftership.com/recipients version of the app on the computer that just syncs the shipments across devices.
