The “Back” button on the RC portal is not obvious or prominent enough. It is too hard to find and blends into the page. 

Currently it's possible to view returns analytics only per 1 store at a time. It would be great to be able to select multiple stores and have a consolidated view on returns. 

I have loved your app from the start. And improvements made along the way have been spot on. But now you lost me in both content and execution.    First, you put in ads. One of things I loved was no ads. But, hey, that revenues hard to pass up forever, especially after you've built your user base.   Second, I could have dealt with the ads if you had placed in a footer bar. But when you place the ads as large blocks right in the middle of the data, you lost me.   I was a developer for over 30 years on several different platforms. I must say that decision alone makes my top 20 of bad UI choices.   So, I will be unloading your app in favor of one that has no ads and all the functionality I need. It is a shame, because you do beat them out in feature, although not too much.   If you would at least move them to the footer then I would most likely return

Requesting to provide an option for the end consumers to edit the review on the AfterShip tracking page after the product is being delivered.    Currently, the customers are able to leave the review but unable to edit them. 

There is a massive discrepancy between the notificaiton customization capabilities within the Tracking module and the Returns module.  In the Returns module, all you can do is update the messaging. There is no ability to alter colours, add logos, images, or otherwise truly 'brand' the notifications.  All of this exists in the Tracking module.  Recommendation is that you port over the same functionality into the Returns module ASAP.  Those notification emails are currently a horrific customer experience.

We need to have the option to ‘Save’ the filters & layout on the AfterShip Tracking dashboards / Orders. this function is available in Shipments section but not on Orders. but it is equally important for us to check both dashboards regularly. therefore saved view would be more than important to have.  Thank you! Title: Feature request: Claude MCP connector for AfterShip Returns AfterShip Returns should offer an official Claude MCP connector. Claude already connects to Shopify, Gmail, Slack, and Google Drive, so many merchants run their daily operations through it. Returns data is the missing piece. Without a connector, teams still have to open the portal, find the return, and copy details into customer replies or reports by hand. A connector would make it possible to ask questions like: “What’s the status of the return on order #1234?” “Which returns from last week haven’t been refunded yet?” “What are the top return reasons this month?” “Which SKUs have the highest return rate?” Why it should be added: Faster customer service. “Where’s my refund?” emails could be answered in seconds using live return data. Fewer errors. Order numbers, tracking, and refund amounts would come straight from AfterShip instead of being copied manually. More accessible reporting. Small teams without a dedicated analyst could get insight from return data in plain language. A connected workflow. Returns would link up with the order, email, and team tools merchants already use with Claude. Keeps AfterShip central. As more operations move through AI assistants, the platforms that connect to them become the ones merchants depend on. Read-only access would be a strong starting point: return lookups, statuses, reasons, and refund/exchange outcomes. Actions like approving or rejecting requests could follow later, with confirmation steps built in.

It would be incredibly helpful if there was a way to export the shipping data from the phone app. It would be extremely simple and improve the apps usefuleness.    It would also be incredibly helpful if there was a way to have the phone app on the computer. I know the browser version is different and designed for merchants while the phone app is designed for recipients. But, it would be easy to create a aftership.com/recipients version of the app on the computer that just syncs the shipments across devices. 

There's quite a few couriers where the 'View on Carrier Website' doesn't take you directly to the trracking page, and instead requires you to enter the tracking number.  These can be easily fixed by correcting the URL.   For example, for Cainiao the link takes you to; https://global.cainiao.com/   This needs correcting to; https://global.cainiao.com/newDetail.htm?mailNoList=   Please submit any further examples below.
