FedEx has master tracking numbers which can have multiple tracking numbers under 1 tracking numbers. I'd like to be able to add a group of numbers to a group, or master number, and it should be collapsable so I can open it and look at all attached tracking numbers. 

Would like to be able to filter the shipping exceptions so I only receive ones for damages. Especially after a club run, we can receive many notices for delivery exceptions which can include delays, intercepts, etc. However, the ones we would primarily like to receive are for damages. we would like to catch these before the customer reaches out to let us know or from the return report.

Good morning, It would be incredibly useful to enhance the WooCommerce plugin by adding a button to the Orders section for each completed order. This button would allow customers to directly view the shipping status and the various stages leading up to delivery on the store’s website. For those managing e-commerce platforms, keeping users on the site is crucial. That’s why this feature would be so beneficial! Related to BOPIS Track - set a Pickup deadline date and use it as a Merge Tag on Notifications.   Ideally, set a date and time expiration date so the end consumer know when they need to pick up their order. If the end consumer doesn't pick up their package before the expiration date, then cancel the order, notify the client and possibly refund the end consumer.

When utilizing an HTML email editor, I aim to display and personalize shipment or order items within my tracking notifications.   This feature would allow shoppers to conveniently view their purchases directly in the email, thereby improving customer satisfaction.

we provide return shipping label after approving the return request. Our product contains hazarious material, which should be shipped with hazmat label. Aftership doesn't grant the api access of selecting the Hazmat label when auto-generating return shipping label Please fix it

1. customer is NOT receiving any email from Aftership when a return has been received, refunded and resolved.  2. We are getting chargebacks from customers claiming they were not notified and advised a refund was on its way. 3. their bank (JPM) has sided with customers even though we have shown the ARP info from the return details.  4. An email advising of a received and pending refund would be quite helpful. 5. ALL other companies send these emails of pending refund, except Aftership/Shopify does not. 6. Its creating a lot of work and loss of revenue for our company. 

Upload label manually from external source and link (instead of file only) Today its only possible to upload label manually through file via computer.   Hope this will change and we ca upload via external url

The same videos are displayed to shoppers on my collection page or recommendation widgets. I want greater exposure to alternative products and videos, but selecting which ones to display and updating them regularly feels overwhelming.   Furthermore, testing to determine which video garners the most traffic is even more challenging. I have no idea if my efforts will result in sales. If only there is a tool could help!
