Integration of Sharetown to schedule pickups of items being returned. The process involves Sharetown picking up items directly from the customer's doorstep without the need for packaging. Once the items are picked up, Sharetown will resell the items through their channels and provide business with an agreed-upon gain-share payback based on the resale price.   Key Requirements: No label generation is needed as Sharetown will handle the pickup. A system integration will be needed to push the return data to Sharetown as a pickup request in their system. Sharetown will manage the logistics and resale of the items.

For instance, customers can quickly locate reviews based on size, incorporate images and videos, consider age, product characteristics, and the reviewer's recommendation status.

While there are default placeholders available, we need a more flexible solution to include internal notes that will help us organize returns efficiently. * Delayed Replacement Order Processing: We’d prefer the ability to process a replacement order without sending it to Shopify until the carrier marks the warranty return as “en route.” * Regex Validation for Warranty Intake Form: Adding regex validation would help us ensure inputs follow specific formats, such as order numbers or serial numbers, for better accuracy.

It would be very helpful if customers could select their preferred size during the exchange process, with real-time visibility of stock availability on the website. For example, when a customer initiates an exchange, the system should show whether the requested size is currently in stock. If the size is unavailable, it should display “Sold Out” instead of allowing the exchange to proceed. This feature would prevent unnecessary back-and-forth communication, improve customer experience, and reduce manual handling for merchants. Platforms like Revolve already offer this type of functionality, and it would be an excellent addition to AfterShip Returns.

Hello,  We currently use AfterShip Feed to connect our Amazon Seller account to TikTok Shop. But it would be fantastic to be able to also connect with Walmart Seller's MCF. It would allow even greater reach of products on more sales channels.

Hi there, We ship wine, which means orders are often held by our fulfilment center when temperatures along the route are above or below certian threshold we have set. I would like to create a flow that automatically notifies the customer that their order has been flagged for a weather hold and ensures them it is still on the way. Is this possible? Thanks

We are looking to use AfterShip to manage our post-purchase experience and customer tracking, but we've run into a limitation because our products are purely digital. Currently, AfterShip is heavily tailored toward physical goods with carrier tracking numbers. Since we deliver license keys and credentials digitally (via email/SMS), we would love to see a dedicated "Digital Delivery Flow" in AfterShip. Specifically, it would be amazing to have: 1. A tracking page layout optimized for digital goods that displays license activation instructions or download links instead of shipping carrier maps. 2. Webhook and API triggers that update the order status to "Delivered" when the digital product is sent to the customer's portal or inbox. 3. Custom post-purchase emails specifically designed to track when a customer reveals or views their digital key. This feature would be incredibly helpful for digital merchants like us. Currently, adapting standard physical tracking for a site like https://accountlicense.ir/ requires confusing workarounds. Good morning, When viewing notification emails on a mobile device, the background colour only appears at the top as a small strip. As a result, the background colour on the sides and beneath the email is completely lost. I therefore propose hiding the background area entirely on mobile, displaying only what is within the content background, which is the main body of the email. Thank you.

 I just started using the app today and overall I do like it, but I have a few minor suggestions. 1. A compact mode: right now the list of tracking numbers/packages is very spread out. Consolidating it would make it look cleaner, IMO. 2. Allow me to put tags on them, custom or otherwise. For example I have a few incoming packages and a few outgoing ones. It would be nice to add tags to differentiate them and also filter by them if needed. Hopefully that made sense. Thank you.
