It would be great if we could allow the discount to carry over to the new order if a customer is just exchanging a size, at the moment our customer is choosing to refund rather then exchange sizing because they have to pay the difference between the original discounted price and the price. 

Integration of Sharetown to schedule pickups of items being returned. The process involves Sharetown picking up items directly from the customer's doorstep without the need for packaging. Once the items are picked up, Sharetown will resell the items through their channels and provide business with an agreed-upon gain-share payback based on the resale price.   Key Requirements: No label generation is needed as Sharetown will handle the pickup. A system integration will be needed to push the return data to Sharetown as a pickup request in their system. Sharetown will manage the logistics and resale of the items.

We should be able to update the email address on the returns and warranty pages in case the cx is unable to access the default email.

As a merchant, I would like to break down the shipping volume report by Carrier and Lane. Currently, it can be broken down by only one condition.   This would allow us to understand how a carrier is performing in a specific market.

Suggestion: Add Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) Support for Malaysia   Hi,   I would like to suggest adding Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) as a supported courier/carrier on your app and website.   Lazada Express is the official delivery courier used by Lazada in Malaysia, similar to how SPX Express / Shopee Express is the official courier for Shopee. Many Lazada shipments in Malaysia are handled by LEX, so having direct tracking support would be very useful for Malaysian users.   The official LEX Malaysia tracking website is: https://lex.com.my/   For testing purposes, you can use these example tracking numbers:   LXST191548638MY MYMPA257159996   I hope you can consider implementing Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) support soon. I work in the furniture industry with thousands of products and continuous new product listings.   Consumers often inquire about variations in materials and sizes between similar pieces of furniture, placing a significant burden on my support team. Generating comparison pages for every query we receive is unfeasible due to the volume of requests.   Given the potential of AI to suggest comparable items, could it also be leveraged to pinpoint disparities among products and present these distinctions to consumers? Such a system can alleviate my workload significantly and potentially reduce bounce rates as well.

I guess for shipping emails sent out to my customers, it would be nice to have dynamic info that updates as the package progresses through the network. I also want all my existing emails to stay current.   The reason is simply that I wanna give my customers a unified experience by delivering consistent messages to them. I believe this will help with my customer satisfaction.

Hello,  We currently use AfterShip Feed to connect our Amazon Seller account to TikTok Shop. But it would be fantastic to be able to also connect with Walmart Seller's MCF. It would allow even greater reach of products on more sales channels.

I want all orders over $30 to show a shipping fee of only $2, because this is subsidized by TikTok.

I want to be able to mask certain words such as 'flight'and ''import'', or ''customs''. As for EU customers this is not relevant infromation and they faster think goods are from china and want to return faster. When they see basic info and a EDD they are assured everything is good. They dont neem more info.
