On the tracking dashboard customers/users need to be able to click to grab, then drag and drop the order we desire our packages to be in.

It would be incredibly helpful if there was a way to export the shipping data from the phone app. It would be extremely simple and improve the apps usefuleness.    It would also be incredibly helpful if there was a way to have the phone app on the computer. I know the browser version is different and designed for merchants while the phone app is designed for recipients. But, it would be easy to create a aftership.com/recipients version of the app on the computer that just syncs the shipments across devices. 

Integration of Sharetown to schedule pickups of items being returned. The process involves Sharetown picking up items directly from the customer's doorstep without the need for packaging. Once the items are picked up, Sharetown will resell the items through their channels and provide business with an agreed-upon gain-share payback based on the resale price.   Key Requirements: No label generation is needed as Sharetown will handle the pickup. A system integration will be needed to push the return data to Sharetown as a pickup request in their system. Sharetown will manage the logistics and resale of the items.

Currently, AfterShip's webhook outgoing IP list is only available on an HTML documentation page (https://www.aftership.com/docs/tracking/webhook/webhook-outgoing-ips). This makes it impossible to automate IP allowlist management in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) workflows.   Problem: Teams that use IP-based firewalls to secure their webhook endpoints must manually monitor the documentation page for any IP changes and update their firewall rules accordingly. If a change is missed, it can cause webhook delivery failures and broken integrations.   Request: Please publish the webhook outgoing IP list as a dedicated plain-text endpoint — similar to how Cloudflare publishes theirs at https://www.cloudflare.com/ips-v4 — where each IP is returned on a separate line.   This would allow teams to: * Fetch the IP list programmatically as part of their CI/CD or IaC pipelines * Keep firewall allowlists automatically in sync without manual intervention * Avoid service disruptions caused by missed IP changes This is a standard practice among major API providers and would significantly improve the developer experience for customers who manage network security programmatically.

It would be useful to have a Sku column amognst the list when editing the returns dashboard. The image of the item is useful but often the item is enclosed in a boxed which is marked with the sku. Therefore at first glance, the sku is seen before the physical item.

Scenarios 1. We give a customer a partial refund for a coupon code they forgot to enter. This partial refund is currently stopping the customer and us from being able to request a return in Aftership. Please allow an option to make RMA or override in this scenario. 2. (similar to #1) Customer orders multiple items, gets RMA for one item, returns it and is refunded. Now they want to return the other item, however, because there is a refund in Shopify we are not able to open a RMA for the other item because the order shows as returned. Please allow option to make RMA or override in this scenario.  Thank you

We want the ability to display shipping reviews to front end customers/users to give them social proof and increase conversion rates. Fast, cheap, convenient and reliable delivery helps to boost conversion rates, especially when you're entering a new market and trying to build brand awareness/trust. It also helps to get customers who are used to visiting your retail stores to shift to shopping online instead of just going in to a store. Currently, shipping reviews are only available to back end users and internal teams in the aftership portal, but we want to be able to have a customisable widget that we can display on places like the homepage, PDPs, information pages like shipping & delivery info pages etc... We can pick and choose or set up rules to automate showing a handful of reviews related to the shipping customer experience.

I want to be able to mask certain words such as 'flight'and ''import'', or ''customs''. As for EU customers this is not relevant infromation and they faster think goods are from china and want to return faster. When they see basic info and a EDD they are assured everything is good. They dont neem more info.

Hi,   I recently started buying products from India and sometimes they ship using : https://shipglobal.in/tracking/   Unfortunately Aftership is not yet supporting shipglobal.in and I need to use another app (actually 17tracks works) to track these shipments.   Please consider adding shipglobal.in as a supported career.   thank you!

I was just tracking my packages and thought of something and was like man I wish there would be different layouts or sorting options. Like if I could sort it by ETD Dates, etc rather than just having them all listed and me doing the mental math of 3 days from now would be Friday, etc. Since of our would be able to be listed by delivery date I would know what packages I need to be on the lookout for that day at an early glance.
