As a business owner, I am seeking a system that can facilitate risk level scoring for each RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and enable my staff to input risk assessment findings based on actual RMA inspections. This system will enable us to assess risk levels effectively and respond accordingly. Moreover, the system will allow for the reporting of any detected fraud instances.   Implementing this system is crucial for mitigating fraud occurrences, as well as proactively preventing future fraudulent activities. Such measures are instrumental in safeguarding my business's profitability in the long term.

When exporting, it would be handy if there was a third Data Format option.  In addition to Standard and Custom, something like “Same as current display” or something like that.  An option that would create the csv or xlsx file with the same columns in the same order that are displayed in the current view on the web page. I find myself adding or removing columns in the dashboard in order to see what I want to look at but, if I want to then export it, I need to either recreate the view again in the export wizard (which isn’t always even possible) or export it standard and move stuff around in excel. 

The background is that I sell my products on multiple marketplaces, and each has different return flows that the aftership Returns page cannot handle. It would be much easier if there is a Returns API that can meet my requirements below.   Need: - I need a Returns API to allow creating RMA/return requests without having to use the Returns Page to file it.  - I can call the API and pass the information regarding the Return Reason Resolution, etc in one go.  - Once I call this API, it will return creation in Pending or Auto-Approved Status.

Suggestion: Add Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) Support for Malaysia   Hi,   I would like to suggest adding Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) as a supported courier/carrier on your app and website.   Lazada Express is the official delivery courier used by Lazada in Malaysia, similar to how SPX Express / Shopee Express is the official courier for Shopee. Many Lazada shipments in Malaysia are handled by LEX, so having direct tracking support would be very useful for Malaysian users.   The official LEX Malaysia tracking website is: https://lex.com.my/   For testing purposes, you can use these example tracking numbers:   LXST191548638MY MYMPA257159996   I hope you can consider implementing Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) support soon. As Lazada is widely used in Malaysia, I believe many users would appreciate being able to add and track their LEX shipments directly through your app and website instead of having to visit the LEX website separately.   Thank you for considering this suggestion. If you are working with many different returns in one day, there needs to be a quick way to copy information like in Shopify as example. Please reference the far right side of this image:

After RMA is created, admin needs the ability to edit details of the return. Including: 1. 1. editing products on return 2. editing customer email/address details 3. add remove return fees prior to receipt of return Often customers will call and need a return label sent to a new email address or want to add or remove items on their return. Also, if items are returned that are not included the return must be canceled and reopened, which is a messy process that sends a ton of unneccessary emails to the customer.

Most major carriers already provide an estimated delivery date/time as part of their tracking data, but this isn't currently surfaced in the app. Context: Customers tracking a shipment want to know when it will arrive, not just its current status. Right now they have to infer this themselves or check the carrier's own site separately. Issue to address: Add a field that displays the carrier's estimated delivery date (and time window, where the carrier provides one) on the tracking/order page. This would reduce "where is my order" support inquiries and improve the post-purchase experience. Suggestion: Pull the estimated delivery data from carriers that already expose it via their APIs, and display it prominently near the shipment status.

My package is currently reading that it is out for delivery in my area, but is still showing to be located in a totally different country so the tracking needs to be updated and fixed because this has been an ongoing issue that I've contacted them about for support and it's still reading the same way

Hi,   I recently started buying products from India and sometimes they ship using : https://shipglobal.in/tracking/   Unfortunately Aftership is not yet supporting shipglobal.in and I need to use another app (actually 17tracks works) to track these shipments.   Please consider adding shipglobal.in as a supported career.   thank you!
