We want to refer to the customer's username when packing the order. Right now, to do this, we need to download the tiktok orders, connect them to the shopify order number via the tiktok order in the notes field and then connect that to the order number in shipbob.   If we had the username in shopify, we could eliminate the step where we have to connect tiktok to shopify.

Hi there, We ship wine, which means orders are often held by our fulfilment center when temperatures along the route are above or below certian threshold we have set. I would like to create a flow that automatically notifies the customer that their order has been flagged for a weather hold and ensures them it is still on the way. Is this possible? Thanks

The “Back” button on the RC portal is not obvious or prominent enough. It is too hard to find and blends into the page. 

We use this to ship to clients it would be nice if we could save clients within the system to send notifications to. 

It would be great if we could allow the discount to carry over to the new order if a customer is just exchanging a size, at the moment our customer is choosing to refund rather then exchange sizing because they have to pay the difference between the original discounted price and the price. 

Titles should update with count of items in the section so you know it's updating and should be clicked on.

As a business owner, I am seeking a system that can facilitate risk level scoring for each RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and enable my staff to input risk assessment findings based on actual RMA inspections. Moreover, the system will allow for the reporting of any detected fraud instances.   Implementing this system is crucial for mitigating fraud occurrences, as well as proactively preventing future fraudulent activities. Such measures are instrumental in safeguarding my business's profitability in the long term.

Change the update indicator Dot from the light blue color to the orange color you already use in your iOS app. It is hard to pick out the dot if you have a long list of shipments. If it was the orange color you already use in the app it should be a simple change to make for an updated version. Also so carriers on the list of carriers to pick from are now asking for receiving zip, so those carriers never update now.  Thanks
