Hi there,
We ship wine, which means orders are often held by our fulfilment center when temperatures along the route are above or below certian threshold we have set. I would like to create a flow that automatically notifies the customer that their order has been flagged for a weather hold and ensures them it is still on the way. Is this possible? Thanks
Brand noted they’d like to be able to clearly communicate why certain Products are on the Blocklist - instead of the general text we have in place, without specifically making the customer review the Policy as a whole.
Asking if we could define the error at the Blocklist Product Tag entry level. If the value is left blank, use default content.
Current state: After end consumer logs in with Order, non returnable items are greyed and out and we show at the line level a message that states "Does not comply with our return policy."
Desired State: After end consumer logs in with Order, non returnable items are greyed and out and we show at the line level a message from a configurable setting within RC where we can pass SKU or Product Category specific messages that state why an item is nt returnable like "Digital Goods are not returnable" or "Bundled Item cannot be returned" or "Last years models are not returnable but warranty available".
We'd like to be able to configure our own blocklist message for order item display when the end consumer logs into RC.
It would be really useful to see how often the Gift Tracking Page is actually being used, separately from the regular tracking page.
At the moment, it’s hard to tell uptake or performance unless the page has a unique URL or rely on Google Analytics. Having native reporting in AfterShip would make this much easier.
Ideally this would show:
- Views and unique visitors for the gift tracking page
- How it compares to the standard tracking page
- Basic engagement (e.g. CTA clicks)
This would help merchants understand adoption and value of the gifting feature much more clearly.
The ability to see how much it cost per tracking label for the carrier, alongside all the other analytics would be beneficial to business operations.
Having “cost” as a piece of data collect and display in analytics will help us make larger business decisions when it comes to choice of carrier preferences to know which carrier is best to work with in the long run. I believe this feature will be great value add to Aftership as well!
Scenarios
1. We give a customer a partial refund for a coupon code they forgot to enter. This partial refund is currently stopping the customer and us from being able to request a return in Aftership. Please allow an option to make RMA or override in this scenario.
2. (similar to #1) Customer orders multiple items, gets RMA for one item, returns it and is refunded. Now they want to return the other item, however, because there is a refund in Shopify we are not able to open a RMA for the other item because the order shows as returned. Please allow option to make RMA or override in this scenario.
Thank you
My idea is that when a shipment comes in from China to America, instead of each parcel going right to LAX through customs, each one should go to it's respective state and provence, every state has a sorting and customs center,it would just make it easier to make one stop instead of two or three on the way to the packages final point of delivery,
So, as a seller who often runs campaigns, I would love to have a cool discount setup that can be customized based on how customers behave.
For example, I could keep discounts hidden for shoppers with shopping carts over $1,000 but display them for those who have smaller carts, so that they would shop more to get a better discount.
This strategy can be effectively applied to our product recommendations, enhancing conversion rates and boosting average order values.
Good morning,
When viewing notification emails on a mobile device, the background colour only appears at the top as a small strip. As a result, the background colour on the sides and beneath the email is completely lost.
I therefore propose hiding the background area entirely on mobile, displaying only what is within the content background, which is the main body of the email.
Thank you.
Currently, I can only choose from 3 resolution options in Warranty admin: Repair item, Replace item & Other. At the end of the day, I need to manually export a list of Warranty claims and see how many store credit resolutions were recorded. (By using the “Other” option with a note.) This process is very time-consuming and inefficient.
It would be very helpful if a direct "issue store credit" feature were integrated, potentially automating the process across platforms like Shopify.
