SMS opt in at customer level

As a retailer, it would be great if customer preferences can be collected and determine whether to send an SMS notification based on the subscription status synchronized via API. Moreover, a customer-facing page that allows users to manage their preferences would be even better. We would love to communicate more with our shoppers, which will efficiently improve our customer satisfaction and brand reputation.

Fix Direct Links to 'View On Carrier Website'

There's quite a few couriers where the 'View on Carrier Website' doesn't take you directly to the trracking page, and instead requires you to enter the tracking number. These can be easily fixed by correcting the URL. For example, for Cainiao the link takes you to; https://global.cainiao.com/ This needs correcting to; https://global.cainiao.com/newDetail.htm?mailNoList= Please submit any further examples below.

Tracking dynamic updates for Emails

I guess for shipping emails sent out to my customers, it would be nice to have dynamic info that updates as the package progresses through the network. I also want all my existing emails to stay current. The reason is simply that I wanna give my customers a unified experience by delivering consistent messages to them. I believe this will help with my customer satisfaction.

Send the Delivered Status Back to Shopify app

Currently the aftership is one way communication making it diffucult for business to see integrated full status at one place again when customer login to their shopify page they see status of item still on the way as shopify stops at fullfilled stge. Though the track order option by Aftership is good it is still a bad customer experience.

Include a SKU column - Returns Dashboard

It would be useful to have a Sku column amognst the list when editing the returns dashboard. The image of the item is useful but often the item is enclosed in a boxed which is marked with the sku. Therefore at first glance, the sku is seen before the physical item.

When utilizing an HTML email editor, I aim to display and personalize shipment or order items within my tracking notifications. This feature would allow shoppers to conveniently view their purchases directly in the email, thereby improving customer satisfaction.

Shopify checkout for Returns

As a merchant, I would like to charge the cost of return when the shopper chooses to replace the returned item. aftership Returns provides Stripe checkout only for this scenario, but I don't have a Stripe account, I would like to use my Shopify checkout to charge the exchange upsell and cost of return. So that I don't have to open a Stripe checkout and manage two accounts (Shopify and Stripe checkout) at the same time.

Add a Shipping Status Button for Completed Orders directly inside WooCoomerce

Good morning, It would be incredibly useful to enhance the WooCommerce plugin by adding a button to the Orders section for each completed order. This button would allow customers to directly view the shipping status and the various stages leading up to delivery on the store’s website. For those managing e-commerce platforms, keeping users on the site is crucial. That’s why this feature would be so beneficial! Additionally, it would encourage users to create an account on the site, which would be another positive outcome. Thank you.

Preview and Explanation of Merchandising Strategies

While using personalization, I want to understand the actual product results generated by these algorithms and the reason behind the chosen product displays for shoppers. If I can preview the recommendation results in the admin, it would reduce uncertainty, ensure optimal outcomes, and improve my marketing strategies to boost conversions.

Allow RMA creation when there is a partial refund in Shopify

Scenarios We give a customer a partial refund for a coupon code they forgot to enter. This partial refund is currently stopping the customer and us from being able to request a return in Aftership. Please allow an option to make RMA or override in this scenario. (similar to #1) Customer orders multiple items, gets RMA for one item, returns it and is refunded. Now they want to return the other item, however, because there is a refund in Shopify we are not able to open a RMA for the other item because the order shows as returned. Please allow option to make RMA or override in this scenario. Thank you
