Add Order Grouping by Store and Custom Groups

Mohd Faizan
September 30, 2025 at 8:56 am
It would be very helpful to have an option to group orders by store/company name (e.g., all Amazon orders together, all eBay orders together, etc.). This way, I could collapse or expand groups and quickly view only the orders I want. Additionally, it would be great if users could create their own custom groups for even more flexibility.

Claude integration

Janis Tello
October 9, 2026 at 10:06 pm
Title: Feature request: Claude MCP connector for AfterShip Returns AfterShip Returns should offer an official Claude MCP connector. Claude already connects to Shopify, Gmail, Slack, and Google Drive, so many merchants run their daily operations through it. Returns data is the missing piece. Without a connector, teams still have to open the portal, find the return, and copy details into customer replies or reports by hand. A connector would make it possible to ask questions like: “What’s the status of the return on order #1234?” “Which returns from last week haven’t been refunded yet?” “What are the top return reasons this month?” “Which SKUs have the highest return rate?” Why it should be added: Faster customer service. “Where’s my refund?” emails could be answered in seconds using live return data. Fewer errors. Order numbers, tracking, and refund amounts would come straight from AfterShip instead of being copied manually. More accessible reporting. Small teams without a dedicated analyst could get insight from return data in plain language. A connected workflow. Returns would link up with the order, email, and team tools merchants already use with Claude. Keeps AfterShip central. As more operations move through AI assistants, the platforms that connect to them become the ones merchants depend on. Read-only access would be a strong starting point: return lookups, statuses, reasons, and refund/exchange outcomes. Actions like approving or rejecting requests could follow later, with confirmation steps built in.

Make the comment box for Warranty Claims resizable

As simple as it sounds, please make this box resizable, when working on long notes it's a bit cumbersome to navigate and visualize the text in this tiny input field. Thank you for your attention!

Select multiple Stores in Returns Analytics

Lasma Martinsone

Currently it's possible to view returns analytics only per 1 store at a time. It would be great to be able to select multiple stores and have a consolidated view on returns.

Display Order ID and RMA ID in the Return Status Section of the Return Summary Page

Femy Elizabeth Biju
July 15, 2026 at 5:14 am
Background On the Return Summary page, the Return Status section is commonly used to display shipping instructions that guide customers on how to return their items. As part of these instructions, customers are often required to include both their RMA ID and Order ID with the return shipment so that the warehouse and processing teams can identify and process the return correctly. Currently, the RMA ID is only displayed at the top of the page, and the Order ID is not prominently visible within the Return Status section. Requested Enhancement Add configurable fields within the Return Status section of the Return Summary page to display: * Order ID * RMA ID These fields should be displayed alongside the shipping instructions and return status details, making them easily accessible to customers while preparing and packaging their return shipment. We are open to any placement within the Return Summary page that provides clear visibility and easy access to these details. Business Use Case Our client specifically requested this enhancement because their return instructions ask customers to include the RMA ID and Order ID with the return package. Having these details displayed directly within the Return Status section would: * Improve visibility of important return information. * Reduce customer confusion when preparing returns. * Eliminate the need for customers to search for these details elsewhere on the page. * Help ensure return shipments contain the correct identification information. * Improve operational efficiency and reduce return processing delays. Expected Outcome Customers can quickly locate the required Order ID and RMA ID in the same section where they view their shipping instructions, resulting in a smoother and more user-friendly return experience. Thank you for considering this enhancement. We believe it would benefit merchants who require customers to include reference identifiers with returned packages and would improve the overall returns experience.

Suggestion: Add Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) Support for Malaysia.

Suggestion: Add Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) Support for Malaysia   Hi,   I would like to suggest adding Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) as a supported courier/carrier on your app and website.   Lazada Express is the official delivery courier used by Lazada in Malaysia, similar to how SPX Express / Shopee Express is the official courier for Shopee. Many Lazada shipments in Malaysia are handled by LEX, so having direct tracking support would be very useful for Malaysian users.   The official LEX Malaysia tracking website is: https://lex.com.my/   For testing purposes, you can use these example tracking numbers:   LXST191548638MY MYMPA257159996   I hope you can consider implementing Lazada Express (LEX MY / LEL) support soon. As Lazada is widely used in Malaysia, I believe many users would appreciate being able to add and track their LEX shipments directly through your app and website instead of having to visit the LEX website separately.   Thank you for considering this suggestion. I hope LEX MY support can be added in a future update!

Update indicator dot color

Visitor
August 3, 2026 at 11:52 am
Change the update indicator Dot from the light blue color to the orange color you already use in your iOS app. It is hard to pick out the dot if you have a long list of shipments. If it was the orange color you already use in the app it should be a simple change to make for an updated version. Also so carriers on the list of carriers to pick from are now asking for receiving zip, so those carriers never update now.  Thanks

Email Updates Box - Complaints from Customers

Victoria Lomax
October 30, 2026 at 10:21 am
Hi,   We have AfterShip built into our BigCommerce store by default. I'm not sure who to reach out to, so I would appreciate if you could please direct this to the appropriate department for me. We have received several customer complaints that when they check their shipment tracking information, they are finding the information in the orange box in the attachment misleading. Basically, where there is an option to enter your email address for delivery updates, next to it, it shows examples such as out for delivery, delivered. A lot of customers have seen this and genuinely thought that is the tracking information. More so on mobile devices, where the screen is smaller, so unless they scroll, the actual tracking is not visible. They’ve then contacted us, as their order has not been delivered and then complained that the information is confusing. Is it possible to redesign this to ensure it’s less misleading, even if it's just really boring and is a box to enter the email?   I appreciate you taking the time to consider this. Happy to assist if you need any further information. Kind regards, Vicky
