Background On the Return Summary page, the Return Status section is commonly used to display shipping instructions that guide customers on how to return their items. As part of these instructions, customers are often required to include both their RMA ID and Order ID with the return shipment so that the warehouse and processing teams can identify and process the return correctly. Currently, the RMA ID is only displayed at the top of the page, and the Order ID is not prominently visible within the Return Status section. Requested Enhancement Add configurable fields within the Return Status section of the Return Summary page to display: * Order ID * RMA ID These fields should be displayed alongside the shipping instructions and return status details, making them easily accessible to customers while preparing and packaging their return shipment. We are open to any placement within the Return Summary page that provides clear visibility and easy access to these details. Business Use Case Our client specifically requested this enhancement because their return instructions ask customers to include the RMA ID and Order ID with the return package. Having these details displayed directly within the Return Status section would: * Improve visibility of important return information. * Reduce customer confusion when preparing returns. * Eliminate the need for customers to search for these details elsewhere on the page. * Help ensure return shipments contain the correct identification information. * Improve operational efficiency and reduce return processing delays. Expected Outcome Customers can quickly locate the required Order ID and RMA ID in the same section where they view their shipping instructions, resulting in a smoother and more user-friendly return experience. We believe it would benefit merchants who require customers to include reference identifiers with returned packages and would improve the overall returns experience.

Hi,   I recently started buying products from India and sometimes they ship using : https://shipglobal.in/tracking/   Unfortunately Aftership is not yet supporting shipglobal.in and I need to use another app (actually 17tracks works) to track these shipments.   Please consider adding shipglobal.in as a supported career.   thank you!

It would be useful to have a Sku column amognst the list when editing the returns dashboard. The image of the item is useful but often the item is enclosed in a boxed which is marked with the sku. Therefore at first glance, the sku is seen before the physical item.

It would be great if you could automate sending out the shipment tracking dashboard, and allow filters for that report, lijke the analysis report.  This enbales us to send the report to customers and others in our team as a live snapshot of their shipments. It consolidates all their shipments into one view so they don't have to track them individually each day. 

We want the feature for referral program page through which we can dedicated referr to the customers and one affiliate program for our influencer through which they can track their progress and commisions. 

1. customer is NOT receiving any email from Aftership when a return has been received, refunded and resolved.  2. We are getting chargebacks from customers claiming they were not notified and advised a refund was on its way. 3. their bank (JPM) has sided with customers even though we have shown the ARP info from the return details.  4. An email advising of a received and pending refund would be quite helpful. 5. ALL other companies send these emails of pending refund, except Aftership/Shopify does not. 6. Its creating a lot of work and loss of revenue for our company. 

Our warehouse needs to know how many returns were requested on a daily basis so they can plan their resources accordingly. but it is not an option for now. It would be nice if we could build our own reports and schedule it. 

The vendor/supplier's email should be copied when sending any type of response to the customer regarding a return.  This includes the RMA confirmation of return, tracking label and when it is received, refunded and resolved.   We/supplier are getting chargebacks through Shopify from customers stating that their returns are not refunded in a timely manner and we have no way to get the email to show that it was processed in Aftership and to dispute a chargeback with shopify.   We have no copies sent to us.   Please fix this issue in Aftership/Shopify immediately.  Thank you. 

I want to be able to show values and total value of anything that is currently in transit, out for delivery and delivered so i can manage my insurance process of total value out at a given time
