it would be great to be able to manually add a placeholder delivery in order to keep track of my deliveries.

I hope to insert a form in the email, allowing customers to fill out the form directly within the email.   For example, if there are some events or new product launches, I would like to invite users to participate and collect information on whether they are interested or not.

If you are working with many different returns in one day, there needs to be a quick way to copy information like in Shopify as example. Please reference the far right side of this image:

When exchanging a product, you have to pick from a list of products, sorted by the most recently created products. There's no search facility. This is particularly problematic when you have an old sku that comes in every season and it is buried deep in the list

Good morning, It would be incredibly useful to enhance the WooCommerce plugin by adding a button to the Orders section for each completed order. This button would allow customers to directly view the shipping status and the various stages leading up to delivery on the store’s website. For those managing e-commerce platforms, keeping users on the site is crucial. That’s why this feature would be so beneficial! I guess for shipping emails sent out to my customers, it would be nice to have dynamic info that updates as the package progresses through the network. I also want all my existing emails to stay current.   The reason is simply that I wanna give my customers a unified experience by delivering consistent messages to them. I believe this will help with my customer satisfaction.

Hi there, We ship wine, which means orders are often held by our fulfilment center when temperatures along the route are above or below certian threshold we have set. I would like to create a flow that automatically notifies the customer that their order has been flagged for a weather hold and ensures them it is still on the way. Is this possible? Thanks

We are a worldwide dropshipping service catering to e-commerce entrepreneurs. Merchants can design and market personalized products through us, setting prices and choosing their sales platforms from our integrated e-commerce options.   Once merchants place orders, we will handle the manufacturing, fulfillment, and shipping logistics to consumers.   When I am using Aftership for tracking, I want to enable my premium customers (merchants) with the ability to customize white label branded tracking pages and possibly an API to create them (since they won't have access to Aftership admin, and it would be impossible for me to maintain all tracking pages for them).   So that I can add this ability as part of the product & service package for my main customers (merchants), which creates more value for my business.

On the tracking dashboard customers/users need to be able to click to grab, then drag and drop the order we desire our packages to be in.
